Puffit orders placed as late as 6/14 have been shipped. No info on any later dates. The black color is out of stock and all units shipped this week are pink.
Pink? Seriously? That is the best news I've heard so far!!!

Jenny, which reviews/comments changed your mind somewhat about getting the Puffit
So close to following your lead..Anyone who ordered after July 3 should get theirs a bit quicker, as I just cancelled my order.
Decided to wait it out. Looking forward to reviews!

Hi Guys. CEO of Lilly Rucky Ltd. here I'm glad there is some interest in our new Product the PUFFiTTM part of the new and exciting Discreet Vape brand.
If you get yours in Australia before ours.......Hi Lilly, After reading your FAQs, I added the Puffit to my ever-lengthening shortlist (that includes Da Vinci, Inhalater, Ploom Pax, Thermovape, and Vaporfection miVape).
Will it be available from australianvaporizers.com.au? If not, do you ship overseas?
(And BTW, is Ripley's amazing 'Believe It Or Not' exhibition still showing at the HK Peak?)
In use: iolite (noisy, and only one temperature setting) MFLB (fiddly and too-frequent battery changes) Arizer Solo (less than discreet when walking the street)
I used to think I was indecisive, but now I'm not so sure.
thats what I was thinking but it was mentioned that GV paid for Air freight from HK. Unless someone is sending me a present that weighs .9lbsNJ, I thought GV was in Cali hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

What do you mean you can't seal the cap with the stir tool in place?
I see the after my post didn't work. No they're not shipping pink vapes. I'd say the vape would have to become extremely popular for them to ever consider pink as a color, since most vape buyers are male.Pink? Seriously? That is the best news I've heard so far!!!
While it's true that dealers/resellers can unjustly end up taking the blame for manuf. delays, Gotvape management clearly likes to bullshit customers with their 'partially shipped' label applied to orders when it actually means the product is backordered. IMO it's stupid and only makes them look bad, since obviously an order consisting of one product can't be partially shipped. As for 'in stock', I'm not sure their system is set up to display anything different when they're taking orders and allowing a product to be added to the cart. On many dealer sites an item is either labeled as 'in stock', and able to be purchased, or the 'in stock' label is removed, indicating 'out of stock', and the buyer has to wait. They made it clear that all orders were 'pre orders', and the $30 discount reflected that. The discount code no longer works and apparently they have a good supply now.Coastal said:My only real prob with GV is that the product showed up as being "In Stock" during the online purchase process. That wasn't the sales reps fault, that's management, so we can't really get mad at them, they are just doing their job. I don't think they are lying, just dealing with dates they were given by their boss.
It could be useful, depending on how (much) you load. Puffit doesn't seem to think it's necessary/useful in most cases, but I think the rationale is that if it helps some users, why not include it?Kuroth 1 said:Was hoping/thought the Stir Tool would be useful..
In my experience you can effectively load a tiny amount in any vape, although in a lot of cases you have to wait for the effect in order to tell you've gotten a hit.I'm wondering if you can use a very small amount in the Puffit
I doubt it. The unique MF design requires and allows that really fine mesh. Most other vapes need a coarser screen for the necessay air flow.is the screen in the Puffit as fine as the one in the MFLB?
A few taps on the side should redistribute the contents of the oven, just like my MFLB. I'm wondering if you can use a very small amount in the Puffit though since I never load more than a pinch or so at a time into the LB.
Also since I use a very fine grind, is the screen in the Puffit as fine as the one in the MFLB?
Perhaps the Puffit rep can answer those questions?
Ohnoes! I'm post 666!!!
Again, in my experience, the super fine grind that suits the super fine screen of the MF is the only vape where you'd want a grind "as fine as you can" get it. There's no point in using a grind so fine that you can suck a lot of herb particles through the screen. I've had cases where really dry herb turns to powder when ground, and it can be so fine that it impedes air flow. I'm just speaking in general terms, since I haven't seen the Puffit screen yet, but I have used a lot of different models, and most do just fine with a medium to coarse grind.I think on the Puffit web site they say to grind it as fine as you can..
