I have zero doubt that list is based on advertising money.

In other words, whomever spends the most on advertising gets the top spot. Cigar aficionado does the same thing with their “cigar of the year” list.

Honestly, if they didnt do it that way, the list would list the same 3 or 4 companies at the top of the list all the time, and then there would be no need for a “best” list.
