I'm a total podcast listener/junky while I'm at work. I have a few personal favorites:
Joe Rogan being one of the more mainstream.
The Mike O'Meara show being my favorite.
And lately I've been interested in one called Dan Carlin's Hardcore History very good listening.

It's great to see what peoples tastes are. The really good podcast/shows bring you into their world and you almost feel like family. I couldn't tell you the last time I listened to the radio.

+1 for getting Doug with high.
Also love "the mega cast". It's 2 local radio guys from Seattle.

Also it's just a radio show turned into podcast form, but "the men's room" is by far my favorite podcast to waste time with. They are Also out of Seattle, I'm working nights now so can never listen live

I see that no one showed any love yet for the "No Agenda" podcast with John C. Dvorak and Adam Curry (it's an acquired taste). I actually listen to many other podcasts:

Radiolab
Common Sense with Dan Carlin
Upvoted by reddit
Doug Loves Movies
this Week in Tech
Marijuana Today
Stephanie Miller
Serial
StarTalk

I use Stitcher for my podcast listening, I like it, what do you use?

I mostly stick with iTunes but I always keep an eye out for new shit. Serial really set the web on fire. I loved the way she told the story. I def think Agnon murderd her. And I don't think Jay did anything other than help bury her. Sad story. What's your thoughts on it?

I'd like to add The Tobolowsky Files by Stephen Tobolowsky. You may remember him as Ned Ryerson from Groundhog Day. He's a great storyteller, and has amazing stories. His two-part podcast about his open-heart surgery is a standout to me. It's starts at Episode 52. But they are all pretty good.

Joe Rogan Experience - I've been listening for years. I'd like to find one hosted by a woman or a queer woman that I find as addictive and good... I love Joe Rogan but he's so man-centric...I need a balance. Or just another podcast I love as much...I've given a bunch a try, but none has compelled me as much as JRE.

The Big O and Dukes Show.
And Liar city is an interesting listen. Great story telling.
@bounce5 I know what you're talking about. Unfortunately my tastes are more along the lines of man-centric. Although I do appreciate all brands/styles of entertainment.

The Tom Leykis Show
The Gary and Dino Show

Tom Leykis used to live in in Miami and do his show on the radio, in the days before podcasts. He was on at the same time as Phil Hendrie, and Neil Rogers. Good radio days!

Tom Leykis has live shows from 3:00 to 6:00PM Mon-Fri. the shows run for 24 consecutive hours until another show starts. Over the weekend they play again the weeks worth of shows. You can join up and get podcast anytime you want. He started about 3 yrs ago after getting dumped from radio at an LA station. He has The New Normal Network. He has different kinds of music and other internet radio shows. check out :Blowmeuptom

I've listened to Tom Leykis for almost 20 yrs. I really missed him because he didn't have a show for about 3 and a half yrs. He had to wait an amount of time before he could broadcast again because of contract red tape. Its geared towards men but women can learn a lot too. Very awesome entertainment.

Never Not Funny with Jimmy Pardo is my fave. Started off free then went to a paid subscription model, then finally more recently made it free again but if you pay you get 2 episodes a week instead of 1. I pay to subscribe so I can get the other episode. If you pay you also get a video version of the podcast, though I mostly just listen to the audio. Basically just Jimmy talking with his co-host and a guest (usually a comedian) for about 2 hours. Might take a while to appreciate all the inside jokes/recurring bits.

I listen to 20+ podcasts regularly and this one is definitely my fave.

I have about 8 regular podcasts. My favorite all time is The Mike O''Meara Show. He use to be part of The Don And Mike Show from the 80's and 90's. I truly miss the "guy"talk radio from the 90's.

"Serial" fans still itching for more investigation into Adnan Syed's case are in luck. The first episode of the new podcast "Undisclosed: The State v. Adnan Syed,” which delves deeper into Syed's case from "an investigatory perspective instead of a narrative one", is now available to stream.
