I didn't use imgur Was looking for alternatives that worked so I shared.

So I'm confused - new here and posted a couple pics of my gear earlier, hosted on Imgur. I see the pics on my posts, but am I understanding that nobody else can see them even if the OP does?

I posted by copying the direct link into the image URL.

I had to clink on your link and open in another window, but now I see it in place. I use Postimage.com. It's free still.

I just saw a post about that service on page 4 and re-uploaded my pic in the Dynavap thread. Glad I saw this thread as I had no idea that wasn't working well.

Bummer about Imgur but glad to know about Postimage.com !

Yeah, IMGUR blacklisted us for their own reasons. Another favorite here, tinypic.com has also closed down. postimage.com and imgbb.com are the favorites here now...

Use something like post image instead.
Then you can practice on the sandbox thread to make sure you "get it"...
