@lauz I wish i did that a year ago when i bought this crappy PP. I do not think its worth the price considering issues. Lately I had a chance to try Solo- what a difference!

After this bad reviews all around its even hard to sell it 2nd hand.

I actually (respectfully) disagree. This is a great unit especially with the water.
Small, quick, the bullet system is awesome, and it rips. I had a solo and my new Arizer air is charging now but I love this device. I wouldn't constantly travel with it and I don't think it's meant for all day everyday usage.
Yes, the battery could be better/replaceable and the unit could be more durable. Besides minor cons, which are hopefully addressed in v3, I think this is a fantastic unit.

The warranty is a year too, if you went through a good seller even if something happens to it you'll be helped.
Props to yoyokid for peace of mind.

I'll be buying v3. And I have many vapes.

Is this the perfect vaporizer? No
Is there a such thing? Nope

I do understand where ur coming from Mate. This unit as an idea is proper mobile vape experience. However its short life span makes it not worth when compared to Solo. But than there's size issue so I won't match them against mobility but simple longevity and quality itself.

Durability, it's solo hands down. My Arizer Air will be charged soon enough then I'm doing a comparison of the 5 portable vapes I've owned since converting.
The Air, being the smaller and in my opinion more versatile brother of the solo, will likely win out. I've owned the solo, but I wouldn't be nearly as happy with the pinnacle in my arsenal now

Idk why this vape has been getting a bad wrap lately.. it worked flawlessy for me for over a year and is still going strong. The battery now, but that tends to happen to all electronics. This thing is still one of the hardest hitting portables.

On the next model they need the get a better battery, and improve the flavor.

That's the only drawback is longevity. The year warranty helps but nonetheless.
If the v3 addresses that, like solo did with the air (rechargeable/ replaceable battery), I think theyll be very competitive

I think both vapes have their different qualities and are both top notch. The solo is reliable, sturdy, easy to use, has a great battery life and all glass pathway for better taste. The Pinnacle Pro is stealthy, sleek and stylish. It can heat to a high enough temperature for oils which is a plus. I find the vapor warmer from this vape due to the shorter pathway, although I actually find this satisfying. This vape uses bullet style chambers for its weed, which can be easily packed before a session.

I must say overall my favourite is the solo, I forgot how much I love this trusty beast.

I think the newer Arizer Air is WAAYYYY better than the solo, I've owned both, and I can honestly say now, having sold the solo and bought the other two....... they're equally as effective with individual drawbacks.
The pinnacle could be more durable with a removable battery
The Air (same with Solo) could take a page from the pinnacle book regarding clouds and the battery life indicator

I honestly go back and forth between them. Both wonderful devices

When it works, the pnp is as good as the solo IMHO with good weed, but better with weed that is of lower quality...what won't produce much cloud in the solo rips in a well working pnp, in my experience. Substitute a glass path and the taste is pure delight as it is With a solo.

When it works......just be gentle. Do not drop it. Take the cap off whilst still warm and neither it nor its connection will break due to oil fusion of the parts.Do not leave it charging all the time.

Cheers,

My Pinnacle Pro is still going strong after 14 months use. Apart from upgrading to the GPonG from the original PonG, the only thing I've had to replace was the collar. I only get about 3 high temp sessions from the battery these days, but I definitely feel I've had my money's worth from it. The flavor greatly improved with the GPonG, but never quite hit the Solo's flavor levels in my opinion. However, it beat the Solo on stealth/portability and clouds/extraction level, which were the main reasons I bought it in the first place. It also beat my Solo's battery, which totally crapped out just over a year in, with moderate use and care taken.

I am having the exact same issue as to what you've written here. About a month ago I went to use my PP and it refused to heat up. Instead flashing red lights and then every other colour before it switched off. I could use it while plugged in but not off the charger. I contacted Namaste Vapes here in the UK and explained it had stopped working. They issued me an RMA. Then when I went to clean the unit to send back it magically started working again. Unbelievable. I didn't really want to send it back because I intended to use it over Xmas and New Years just been. But ever since the flashing lights issue the battery life sucks. I mean I'll barely get 3 small sessions from it before it cuts out. Previously I could get a good 6 sessions at least.

Also regularly when it cuts out and stops working I'll plug it in and it displays that the battery is nearly full. Like 3 or 4 blue lights displaying. There's obviously some kind of common fault here. I'm in the process of emailing vaporblunt to see if they will issue a RMA. I'm not sure who will be handling this though as the battery only has a 1 month warranty but I believe it's a component fault so feel Namaste should honour their warranty.

Has anyone else had an experience like this?

Cheers

Hi all just thought I would post an update. Namaste Vapes honoured the warranty and upgraded me to the Davinci Ascent and sent out the water adapter to use with my PP water tool. They ended up being completely awesome about the return and Kory (one of the owners) went out of his way to ensure I was happy. I must say I do miss the nice heavy hits the Pinnacle offered as opposed to the Ascent. There's much better taste from the Ascent but I did really like the full hit the PP was capable of. I'm intrigued to see what might be in store for the next version.

My Pinnacle Pro has what I believe is quite a serious overheating problem. I usually start on setting one for 8 minutes which goes ok, then level 2 to finish the bullet off. It's getting so bad now that I can't even finish the second 8 minute session without the unit shutting down with scrolling upwards blue lights. Sometimes the second session is ok, but a third is impossible.

After this it refuses to function again for any useable length of time without the blue lights shutdown, even if I let it cool for 5-10 minutes. It does feel pretty warm to the touch, but I figure that is to be expected for a small plastic unit like that. It's extremely frustrating problem, as it means I can't even finish a single bullet off to my satisfaction in one session. Using higher temps than 2 for any length of time just isn't going to happen.

From what I read it seems like this isn't normal, I'm wondering if I have a faulty unit. The problem does seem to have got worse in the few months I've infrequently used the unit. This problem is putting me off using it at all.

Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to help, or should I just try and return it? I brought it from a Nameste Vapes ebay auction, and it seems they're quite good with returns from what I read above.

You didn't say where you bought your unit from? I would contact the vendor and explain what's going on. This isn't normal. The unit does run rather hot. I would get a back up unit if you can afford it. Get something different than the Pinnacle Pro so you can experience another vaporizer.

Thanks for the reply, I did think something was amiss. As I mentioned in my post above, I brought it from Nameste through ebay, so I will contact them as you suggest and see what they say. I have been considering a different vape due to the problems I have with this one, the Arizer Air looks like a decent alternative for me. Shame really as in other ways the Pinnacle is pretty good.

It could be a fake vape too..those have been out there.

To give a little on my experience... my PNP Deluxe with water tool has been going strong 11 months now. Not a daily user, but mostly weekend. It did have some battery issues after 4 months, but I let it charge, put it on, let it charge, put it on...etc...just to get the battery cycle going again. and it worked! Since then, no battery issues for last 7 months. You just gotta be gentle as someone else said...clean it well, keep everything sanitary and you will be okay. Always put it back on the charger after use...that's what i've done. So this method may not work for the ultra daily user.

i bought a pinnical pro off ebay, it said it was genuine turns out to be a fake one. I was lucky enough my credit card company gave me my money back. I had to jump through hoops but recieved my money. Went out and spent it on different vape. I will limit what i buy from eBay Some shady people out there.

If you pnp isn't operating to your expectations, send it to the manufacturer. It is the battery or the program that runs the thing and unless it is fixed, you won't be happy with the unit. I sent mine back and for the 50 bucks and though I didn't want to spend more money, I got a machine back that is working again. And, it is a great vape. You can't fail with this thing when it is working. However, once it is, baby it a bit, as I noted previously. Treat it gently and it will treat you with some great clouds.

Hi Mates,

I just ruined my PP's mesh filter from the glass mouthpiece for good. Any chance you got some source of cheap replacements? An how to keep the good stuff in the bullet next time? Cheers.

You can use any screen. Form it over a pencil and push it in. No problem!

Unfortunately Namaste have refused to honor the Warranty locally for me and have instead referred me to the manufacturer, who I'm waiting to hear back from. After the suggestions of it being a fake in the posts above I'm a bit concerned about some of the things I've read when googling Namaste and fake. I did ask if they were refusing to honour the Warranty locally because the unit they sold me is fake, they didn't reply to that email, so I'm not sure where I stand until I hear back from Vaporblunt.

I'm not sure if it's worth paying shipping charges, import tax etc from the UK for what could end up being another unit with problems, or to find out it's a fake once it gets back to the manufacturer and they refuse to repair it, leaving me further out of pocket.

I did try and use the unit again recently after cleaning it a bit to see if that helped, not that it was particularly dirty as it hasn't been used much. I barely got a full session on level one out of it before overheating with the blue lights, so it's either spend more money on trying to get a working Pinnacle or bin it and move on. Either way I think I will be without the Pinnacle for a while, so I have now brought a Arizer Air from PlanetVape.ca, who got it to the UK from Canada faster than Namaste sent me the Pinnacle locally. I will try and avoid using Namaste in the future, there's no point me paying a heavy premium for a UK supplier if there's no local Warranty support included, especially if there's the added risk of picking up a fake unit.

If I was you I would buy from vapefiend as they always sort out problems fast and it's just way easier and they'll price match!and they don't sell fakes!!

I'd be willing to give them a try, thanks for the recommendation. I quite like the videos they do on Youtube comparing different units, very useful. I did look at their prices for my recent Air purchase, but PlanetVape was quite a bit cheaper even with fast shipping option.

Hey spiggot, when i sent my pinnacle pro to the manufacturer, they told me it was fake like i stated before. They also offered me a dicounted price for a new one. So if you send it back and find out its not real they might work with you good luck.
