Discontinued Pinnacle Pro

I don't think this vape is one that will last a long time with heavy use. I would suggest buying an extra so not so much wear and tear on the one unit. This is a unit that will only be used plugged in after a while of long time vaporizing.

If a replaceable battery isn't available that makes this more of a disposable if the battery goes bad after 90 days. The unit will probably be able to be used plugged in, I would hope.

So I guess you don't have much to lose if you're a DIY kinda person.

Hi,

Anyone that can help to get Vaporblunt to honour the warranty? My unit stopped working after 4 months. I sent the unit back to the USA... I am from South Africa. After many emails i received a tracking number for my replacement unit. The unit has not arrived after 4 months. Vaporblunt tell me they can't track the unit once it has left the country and my local postal service tell me they have not received the unit either. So the unit is somewhere but no one knows where.

Anyone have Dave from Vaporblunts email?

Hey everyone.

I just bought my first pinnacle pro, but I'm having trouble with it. I use mostly wax, however when using the fmj and a small amount of wax, I don't get a lot of vapor. The wax turns to liquid and vaporizes extremely slowly. I'm not sure if this is due to airflow, or temperature, or what. Could you experienced PnP users share your tips and tricks with me? Thanks

@Arizona321 You could put some wax in a bit of cotton and vape it in the regular bullet on high temp. If it's harsh use a water tool with it, like the Pnp Micro Shower WT, but be careful sometimes the water will dribble down into the unit. You can try a bubbler that might be safer.

Not sure if this was covered but has anyone tried using a wall wart style connector to USB cable like this...
USBPowerWire1.jpg
...or spliced a USB cable for convenience? I'm considering a PP DLX but I spend a lot of time out and charge my phone and other stuff off a USB charger in my car. Going to a festival in June too that I wanna take a vaporizer along with and it would suck if it died on me and all I had was the wall wart charger.

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think you will be able to get the "proper" charge out of any old wall wart charger.
Some time last year someone asked a similar question, below is my response.

"For a long time my Pinnacle Pro was my daily driver so I always had to make sure it was charged or charging whenever possible. My first battery pack was an Astro E3. It works great to charge while on the go but I am not able to Vape while charging.

You will also need a USB plug.

Here is a more expensive set up that allows me to use my Pinnale Pro while charging.

It also runs log vapes for up to 5 hours and charges almost everything.

And finally when I'm in my car I use this, it's not a battery pack but it's still very effective.

The options you posted aren't all that bad honestly considering I have a bunch of 18650's.

I was actually thinking about the power inverter because of the festival we will be going to in June to begin with since the campsite has no power supply except some charging station for phones and other such devices. Not sure why I didn't just think about using it for the Pinnacle. Those dabs man.... sometimes they bring out so much creativity it surpasses your ability to use logic...lol!

Thanks!

@VAPEHUNTER,

I was trying to pull the same information together too for @JNW !

This is why FC is so awesome!

The Pinnacle Pro is garbage and so is the company.

Vaporblunt may very well have the worst customer service possible. It's honestly like they try to be complete garbage. Anyway, here's my story.

So I get a Pinnacle Pro. Two days later the damn thing doesn't work (great quality control huh?). It'll flash one blue light rapidly if I try to turn it on and stop after a while. It works as a pass through though. The tip on the mouthpiece also snapped off and the glass adapter does not work with the concentrate bullet. I tell all this to VB in an email.

I call them a good bit. They never pick up. Four days later, they reply to my email (really now? Four days? C'mon Comcast). We exchange emails and on 1st of April they tell me they will send me a new "set" and to just give them my address. I think "SWEET!" this is unlike the CS stories I've read online. On the 2nd I am told it will be 4-5 days to get here.

Nothing had shown up on the 8th so I called the company. My first call was picked up (finally!) and immediately hung up on. I call again and finally get a CS rep. I ask her what is going on with my warranty and she looks it up. Turns out VB decided to completely ignore the issue I had with my actual unit and just send me a single mouthpiece and tip. It has been13 days since I sent my first email.
At this point I'm starting to get irate. I've only had the thing work for two days and now I have no idea how long it is going to take to get here. We continue to talk and she says that they never ship out a unit without getting one back. They then offer me to replace it if I want to send it to them at my own cost. Really VB?

At this point I'm very angry. I ask to speak with a higher up and the lady I'm on the phone with says she will have one call me. I wait. No call for a while. I call back and the lady says she gave my number to higher up and he will call me very soon. Another hour wait. I call back and she says its literally going to be like five minutes. No call. I call back. No answer. Repeat x5 or so.

I have no idea how this is going to end, but VB's CS is complete garbage. I really enjoyed my PnP-for the two days it worked. In the end, I will NEVER buy anything from VB again and I recommend you do the same.

TLDR: Had PnP for two days. Breaks. Email CS. Takes forever to reply. They tell me they'll send a replacement set in 4-5 days. Hasn't shipped until after 6 days. Didn't ship full unit, only mouthpiece (1 of the three issues I had). Call, told I would get a call back from a higher up. Still waiting. Garbage CS and garbage products.

Hey VB, want to get back to me? Or are you guys just not going to call and hope I disappear?

I searched yoyokid1 on ebay and can't find him..did he change his ebay username?

And I am having the same issue on my second PnP..the crack that developed and got worse and worse. Never once cleaned it with ISO, so that is not the issue, no matter how much they have tried to blame that.

The vaporizer is plastic and the plastic degrades over time with any serious use. It will get brittle and eventually every unit will crack, that is, if the battery makes it long enough for that to ever happen.

Honestly whose idea was it to use a non-user replaceable battery? These vaporizers obviously were not made to last..and I'm sure they knew that from the beginning. The only way to keep the battery from wearing out is to use it plugged in as much as possible, by the way.

By now it looks like everyone in this thread has given up hope in the vaporblunt company..and to those of you who bought the baker..lol seriously? How did you possibly come to that decision? The last time I was on this site, TRVB was still hyping the release of their amazing upcoming vaporizer, "the baker", meanwhile laughing at us poor fools who spent $200 or more on their disposable pinnacle pro. Even then the customer support was a total joke..they were blaming the customers for their breaking units. (Not cleaning the unit, cleaning it with ISO, or whatever else they could make up)

Fuck vaporblunt..they can take their remaining PnP units and shove them up their asses

Edit: Oh yea..I've had every possible issue you can have with the PnP. Shitty battery, melting/cracking PonG, cracked rim where the mouthpiece connects. yoyokid1 is the only one who kept me using my Pnp...poor bastard, vaporblunt probably bankrupted him replacing their shitty product.

When I gave up combustion, I was using glass "blunts" ...one large glass tube with a sliding glass straw inside.....anyhow, turns out the inside part fits perfectly into the mouthpieces of the PNP and sits right up against the herb....true Glass all the way. And due to the length in addition to fantastic taste, there is a nice cooling effect. Makes the PNP a lot better.....

Friends !!! Rescue !!! Vaporizer dropped in a puddle, dry , but as a result of the device stopped working. In simple mode is not activated. When connecting the charger , the first LED lights up , then the line runs a rainbow of all the LEDs and the vaporizer turned off. Advise in what could be the problem? And where the Chinese can buy the controller alone ?

I'm glad someone did the same thing!

Works like a charm!

@Gardenerjeff , The glass blunt works amazing.
I also used a black borosilicate glass stem for added discreetness.
Q: "Eh yo yo, wtf is that? A BBQ lighter?"
A: "Yuuup"

Almost 2 years with my PNP and still going strong.

I wonder when @TherealVaporblunt is coming out with the next Pinnacle Pro?

Still waiting on my pnp finally talked to a human they said my unit was going out today . I thought it was a battery problem again my unit would not get hot even when plugged in
They said the heat was out of calibration. Don't know how

Does anyone know a good way to clean my pinnacle after using with oil? Alcohol will weaken the plastic and boiling in hot water did not work to well. Not to mention my oven is a mess. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

I tried the magic eraser method, I actually use it for my pax and crafty, but it just seemed I bit difficult to really clean the oven. I also may have been a bit timid due to the fact I didn't want to push the eraser down to a point that I could not remove it. It also did not seem to work well with cleaning my mouthpiece, but I may give it another attempt. Wish me luck!
