How much postage was on the package guys? Or did it not say? I wont be paying any customs charges for a $10-15 piece of glass that's already cost me $15 in postage alone. Customs can send that shit back to VB and ill await the vapefiend stock of the @Engineering solution. But yeah international customers have been fucked on this one. Shame as I really like this vape and have had no issues until now

I will try more emails. Apparently being patient isn't good enough. I suppose Magic Flight have set far too good a standard with Customer Service. Hopefully I don't have to get to multiple emails a day before they get this solved.
I really wish I had gotten from yoyokid. I didn't pay attention to who I bought from, and now I'm having major regrets. A solo and a pvhes would have been the same-ish price, and I'd still be vaping right now.

Whenever I get stung customs charge royal mail charge an extra 8 quids to handle it as well

Haha he didn't get both Provaris and tanks, he just got 1 set, I'm just saying he got cockblocked by customs, called the distributor, and got it resent, and the package reached him that time

Although it was 2 weeks after I was told it would be shipped, I've received pretty darn good customer service from them since purchasing the PP directly from their website. The initial purchase was shipped quickly & they've answered all my emails in a timely manner. I'll report back after testing out the new glass pong.

THE BARNBOY ON CRACKS! Part 3
– The Patch!
FYI, my previous posts had pictures of the BB Patch in use; just hard to see. By no means do I feel this will fix the PNP fracturing, nor will it prevent it from cracking. But as far as I can tell, and as much as I have abused it over the last 5 days, it isn’t hurting me either! The premise is really from a remote post I made to @jcbsides. Though I posted a silicon tube here, my real thought was to use shrink tube. So not only would a crack keep together, but as the PNP heats, it would keep trying to shrink keeping the PNP together. So I grabbed some ¾” 2:1 tube at work and cut out 5mm thick rings at the same angle as the PNP. They are pictured below.
I placed one around the PNP wall and shrunk it with my Steinel heat gun. Wow first time using the Steinel for what it was made for! Then I stacked and shrunk a second. My crack is now hard to see and doesn’t appear to be getting any worse. Part of me wishes I had done this before I found a crack. So this is what it looks like close up…

My Customer Service experiences with them have been like yours, very responsive. But the inconsistency of it reported here confuses me. Truth is likely somewhere in the middle.
I don't like hearing about VaporBlunt being printed on any packages though, my stuff always came from "CCW tech".

Ahh that makes some sense then, your posts are wonderfully informative but the speaking in the third person is just plain annoying after a while. Doing it here seems to be fine but theres a lot of other places on the net out there that will take a dim view.
Also switching between first and third is just horrible to read.
I'm not complaining at you just offering an FYI.

Just got a warranty replacement for a heater issue, and the bullets that came with the new unit are way taller than the other I have... that's both the ones that came with my original PnP, and the set of 2 extra bullets I bought...
I'll try to post a pic later, but there is a pretty big difference. Now I've never had a problem with the MP/PonG degrading previously, but reckon these new bullets will definitely come more in contact with the mouthpiece just by being so much taller... wonder if this will/could be the cause of some of the problems (I know it's been mentioned as a possibility before)..?

If you do end up going ahead with the mod, don't forget to add the reinforcement to the outside of the pong/PNP body.
For mine, I lobbed a finger off of a hightemp rubber glove.
A good (or even better) alternative would be the baby bottle nipple that @ BarnBoy recommended.
Keep in mind not to block off the vent slits.
