@mmenzie and others, here is the link from the old thread about something called creep. This is pics of my mouth piece for them to determine what was going on with the thinner pongs. My guess is and it is a guess with the high heat in the fmj maybe even with the extra thickness it is still doing the creep. There was an older post by engineer with I believe a link to explain creep but I think you can google it as well. The Pinnacle by Vaporblunt
Yeah once I was reading about that melting stuff that's when I was second guessing my choice to go pnp and not solo. I hope if just keeping my pnp heat on 3 and lower will help from this happening. but inhaling plasic aint no joke and if that a fault to the unit I believe the company should provide each owner with a revised version on the mouth piece free of cost kind of like a recall opinion. Im sure the vapor blunts not the largest company with expendable funds but customer satisfaction needs to be the top priority for any company small or large. Either way im excited to get this vape in my hands to really test it out if I find that its melting in anyway im sending it back with out hesitation. I wont spend my money on something that can be a serious health threat. I believe most people vape for the health so this should always be the first standard is a healthy clean product. Its very true we are in high tech vaping infancy, bumps in quality are to be expected. We are talking about right now though. There is plastic melting in our "pieces". Idk about you, but I'd want that fixed.
Since you haven't received yours yet you wont actually realize how easy this could happen so its understandable, but man its a scary thing. We are trying to avoid carcinogenic inhalents not go to them lol.

I think the whole solo v. pnp discussion is apples and oranges. The PNP is just not meant to be your go to home vape. The SOLO is used by some to travel but is really meant to be a desktop imo. I almost never use the PNP at home, but on the road I sip up to the 4 setting and have no issues with burn. I have a DBV and the PNP is strictly for travel. The solo is not
I often use my PNP at home, even though I have a Herbie, Sublimator, etc....I really enjoy it's high temps, and sometimes it's nice to just kick back on the couch with a small unit.
