whats with the lube? Why not use whats recommended, that stuff would make me nervous. Cool idea with the foil though.

At my LHC they sell the pax so it was pretty easy to find a screen that almost fit. I said almost because I had to shave off about 1mm the get a perfect fit. It is about 22mm in length. Still loving the pax and I always use a screen at the bottom.Does anyone have a definitive screen size that can be used as a spacer? I remember seeing some posts (and maybe even a video?) about using a pipe screen but nothing about a size that was used. I was thinking 1" maybe?
Dear Fellow Potheads,
I am purchasing a portable vape within the next two weeks and I would appreciate some first-hand experience please.
1) I need to know which portable vaporizer is BEST in terms of vapor smoke smell.
(Best being the least smelliest)
I live in a one-bedroom apartment that I just moved into and I would like to smoke out my kitchen window.
Can someone be so kind as to advise how badly their portable vaporizer smells in comparison to a blunt, a joint, a desktop vaporizer, etc.?
Thanks a bunch!
hmmm interestingthe stuff they recommend (pg? stuff they use in ecigs?)dissolves in water (vapor is water)dries up and turns sticky. this stuff is heat resistant food safe doesn't dry up so your mouthpiece will never stick .ohh btw its fda approved used in coffee ,soda, ice cream machines and alot more .
No, but filling is preferred, for me at least. Others may speak differently if they use a screen to compensate for the less bud.Hi I just bought a pax and I have two questions
1. Do i have to fill my Pax oven up all the way to use or can I use just a small amount of bud?
Yes you can but it will still heat the load a bit after you shut it off so next time it wont be so tasty of a hit.2. If I only want to take a few hits can I leave the bud in the Pax and smoke it later?
I am using two screens to keep the material tightly packed even if the oven isn't full. You get fewer hits but very good clouds. Check out my demo:
Found the perfect tamping tool for the Pax. Fits in nice and snug when packing down, then the other thinner end is surprisingly good for mixing/stirring.
You can buy it here (for the UK folks):

All you need to use is a nail clipper; the dirt removing part. It's skinny enough, and with a point, that you can finely turn it and not just move the product around.
On an unrelated note, I just bought the car charger and I can't wait for it to get here.
All you need is a power inverter they start at about half the price of those ,
on an unrelated note the Iolite tool does work very for packing and pushing the screen down.
that being said shadowdjinni what you smoking? you are able to use the file to pack? not grinding first?
