I wanted the onyx so i have to wait until the 10th.
Only 6 more days till they hopefully ship out. I chose second day air from Vapeworld so I'm hoping i get in on the 8th.

guys... the frustration building here are from new members... or the fact that... the Veterans of this board on repeating the same thing over... either or... lets stop the bickering... and continue with the posistive feed back on this new product... this is like xbox 360 all over again.. did you get the red ring of death? no worries... their warrenty will cover you... a pain in the ass, but still a great product... which is why still stand by my 360 .....and PAX!
yea, the magnet in the mouth peice acts as the on and off switch....

I actually thought we did move past it, but ok.

Yeah I have had this happen a few times with my cobalt, but it hasn't affected the vape so far.

well ... took jamband's advice.. it is a malfuctioning Mouth peice... they sending me a new one...
the orange light... is keeping it from getting to right temp ....

Yes!! 2nd cobalt Pax is here. So far it's behaving as it should! I checked all the heat settings, battery level, and party mode all seem to be working. Also getting purple light when it comes on. Hoping things continue to be good! 
Also checked tracking for my return Pax, and it should be delivered today, so hoping that refund goes well after setting it up in advance.

Hey, I was about to cancel my order at Vapeworld and order from Vapestore, after trying to cancel at Vapeworld I tried to see if I could get upgraded to free overnight shipping, but the lady instead offered to upgrade me to a better grinder and a free pack of screens. Still ships on the 10th though :/ Can't wait so excited!

I tried the PAX for the first time 2 weeks ago and must say thats its a pretty awesome lil unit. Its design is great cause its so small and portable. I didnt expect much in terms of vapor as the unit is so small but I was surprised at how dense and visible the vapor was. The only drawback i think is that the unit isnt very efficient meaning that you will go through quite a bit of herb. I needed more herb that with the Arizer Solo for example to get the job done. Great portable and discrete unit though

I am extremely impressed with the vapor production of the Pax!! I don't have to strain to get nice solid hits like I did with my solo. I am very fond of this vaporizer so far!

I'm very jealous! Each day that gets closer, I get more excited :-). Did you get the upgraded mouthpiece with your newly received Pax?

I don't know if this is a newer mouthpiece or not. I got this Pax from an online store that still had previous stock, so I can't be sure how far back this one goes, and nothing to compare to. I guess I'll find out if it starts getting stuck. I plan to keep my Pax as clean as possible.
I've had several sessions exclusively with the Pax since it arrived. I have found my favorite way to use it so far is to load it up, set it to high, get it going, put it on my ion using a rubber cap, get one or two good solid, milky hits, push the mouth piece to turn it off, put it back on the rubber cap to get one more good hit from the bowl. The cap almost seals around the cone part of the mouth piece, even when it's inside the casing. It allows me to get that last bit of vapor, and it cools the oven faster, so my herb doesn't stay up at temp as long. Then I return it to the charger, and wait a few mins to let those hits set in, and I get a green light pretty quick.

So today's the first day I've been dry in almost a month since I've owned my pax. I'm not proud of this but I have a bag of sticks and stems left in my tackle box and said, "why not?" Threw them in the grinder, loaded them in the oven, and not bad! Not bad at all! Vapor tasted pretty good and one oven got the job done, although you do have to stir a lot. I would have never even considered that when I was still combusting.

That did not give you a headache? I always thought the stems would give you a headache if you vape/smoke them.

Those of you who have been using the pax and have used other vapes like the MFLB in the past,are you finding the amount of herb you use has increased using the pax ? I keep reading its a great vaporizer and I think Im keen to get one but I've noticed a couple of people say you use more.
