I would agree with OF on this, the charger might be the issue. Call Delta9vapes.com they will handle it if its under warranty.
Thank you for the replies. Is there anywhere in San Jose I can pick up a charger(I.e. frys)?

I can't find my damn receipt for my omicron but it's practically brand new. I bought it 4 -5 weeks ago from a
Dispensary and I've only used 2 carts on it. I don't know if delta -9 would be willing to exchange without a receipt. The unit is fine
I just want a new charger/batteries.
I'll be in SJ on Monday and can swap you for a new charger. If it happens to be something else I can swap that too. I'll PM you my number.
long time lurker, I just wanted to thank all of you for the tips on how to have the best success with the v2.
Hey guys we have put into production 14500 battery tubes.
OF this should make you do the Irish Jig?
contacting them directly would probably get you the answer you are looking forSo my delivery receipt shows Delta got my HVD head OCt 4> Does anyone know when we will have a shipment returned>?
Just wanted to write and say that despite my numerous issues with my Omicron. D9 has hands down the best customer support I have ever experienced. They truly are dedicated to keeping their customers satisfied... and medicated
Not trying to rant.. but here is my personal experience with them so far.
So I am now just 30 days into my new journey with my Omicron V2. Unfortunately I have had two issues so far and I am now on my second replacement device. First Omicron died after 2 days of use. with full batteries there was no power, no heat, and no LED. Luckily D9 was super fast and replaced the unit with a brand new Omicron no questions asked. I used the second Omicron for a couple weeks and was LOVING IT! however once I tired to use a 1.5 cart apparently it caused a short and threw the device into a protection mode. After that the LED would flash 3 times every time and the device stopped working. Luckily again D9 saved the day. I made a call and was able to meet up with their support and get it swapped out again for a brand new unit.
It has now been 2 days and everything is going good. I am hoping that the third try is a charm and I have no more future issues. But luckily was assured by D9 support that they will replace it again if needed. Anyone else having this many issues with the new colored v2's with the 2.5 head?
I have a few questions that I hope you guys can answer. I have been going through old forum posts and I see alot of talk about new products to be released by d9.. I just wanted to get a little clarification on what all of these new products are.
What is the Iris?
What are 1701's?
What is the 14500 tube?
And what are the following products.... The Core, GET, GLOC, and LOV?
Like I said in the beginning. despite my numerous issues I still love my Omicron and the D9 support is top notch!
There is a fix for this and its in production anyone having issues with the 2.5's will get it replaced with the newer stronger tops.
Please forgive me as we are trying to make it stronger and stronger by every improvement. The new replacement tops are in the works and will be here i think by end of the month.
An Iris is a Variable voltage LCD top for the Persei.
the 1701's are the leak proof carts we are working on
the 14500 is a shorter tube that will allow you to use a 14500 battery.
Thank you for the clarification on what the Iris and other new products are. Looking forward to the release of the new 2.5 tops. And thank you for continuing to perfect the personal vaporizer!
If I'm sending it back for warranty, I dont need to purchase signature confirmation, just insurance, right?I hate to say it but I have learned the hard way that you must always insure whatever it is you are sending to someone. delta9 requires signature confirmation when they send out merchandise to help with this problem. Unfortunately if you did not purchase insurance and they do not have a record of this arriving you are out of luck. Sometimes things get misdirected and take a few extra days to get there so maybe that is the issue. For future reference insure everything you send so you are covered in case it disappears.
