I got sucked into this one... we've had ours a few days and used it a couple of times already. Its an amazing device and will change the way you cook forever.

Cant wait to decarb some flower in this thing.

LOL.. replying to my own post as a PSA, decarbing in one of these things (Oil anyway) is a nasty affair. I managed to salvage all the oil but I had to do a thin purge with alcohol to recover it all.

OH.. and searing after cooking your meat in one is a breeze with this guy.

We did a pork loin and seared it with that and it was stellar.

So you sous-vide your meat then sear it with what looks like my weed burner, 21st-century steak

Thats pretty accurate... the big upside is if you cook a steak to medium rare internal temp, you gotta sear it or its just kind of gross. When you throw it on the grill, it cooks some more. Using the Searzall, you just work with the outside as there isnt enough heat to really penetrate while its searing.

The first video is an owners manual or quick start guide of sorts.

Eyebrow extensions for you men and women with disappearing eyebrows such as myself. I got excited when I heard about this but it only lasts for a week or a little more. They start at $50 to $200 so the excitement for me faded. It might be something for a special occasion such as a wedding or a trip.

If it was something that lasted a couple months I might be interested. They say to make sure not to touch them and be careful washing your face. I think it will need some tweaks. Hopefully they will get better and cheaper. If I can't touch something I'm going to want to touch it. It will start to tickle then it goes on from there.

I believe this is a drawn on eye brow. I couldn't find a good pic of the extensions but they do exist.

Women's fascination with minutiae always surprise me. 63 years old and have NEVER had a man say to me: "See the brows on that one?" or the reverse: "I would ask her out....but those brows."
Perhaps not. However, as we age, brows naturally thin and retreat (in women) or continue to grow to amazing volume (men)... and it is unconsciously used as a guide to age/fertility/desirability.

Your buddies never mentioned brows, but at some level, they did notice them.

I didn't download the app. Just an FYI. I like the reports from the WeedBlog by Johnny Green.
A good article about Oregons's Cannabis and Medical about the amount of cannabis in OR. I'm hoping the glut will cause prices to go down in WA.

Saw this today on TV- http://www.kinektdesign.com/product-gear-ring.php

I would be turning that thing non-stop.

Kinda reminds me of this 3D printed gear bearing made by the infamous 3D designer Emmett. (this design is completely 3D printed in one piece - no post-print processing required!)

Yes, I have one of these sitting on my desk, I love to spin it all the time. Thinking about scaling up the print and making one about 2x as big

Welcome Camera
The Netatmo Welcome is a smart-home security camera that uses facial-recognition technology to alert you when your family members are home. If it sees an unknown face, you'll get a ping. The smartphone app also provides a timeline of who arrived when. You can also view a livestream at any time! The best part is that the videos are recorded to a local SD card, which means you don't need to pay for a subscription service. It'll go on sale between April and June of this year.

Cookware
Part of the company's WeMo wireless smart home platform, Belkin's Crock-Pot (released spring 2014 in collaboration with Jarden Consumer Solutions) is the first smartphone-controllable slow cooker. Via the WeMo iOS or Android smartphone app, you can adjust the crock pot's settings from anywhere, receive reminders, change the cook time, adjust the cooking temperature, use the timer to calculate cook times and process, or check the status of your dish so you can come home to a perfectly cooked meal.
