Cool. Really cool.
I hope there has been some stress testing so the first post by Vitolo doesn't crash the system.EyeFonez said:I always find myself wishing there was a "Like" button for posts, now we'll have it!
I thought that was more browser dependent than site dependant?THC SCIENTIFIC said:I dont know if this was mentioned, but i think if you do migrate at least please please please make links open in a new tab or window, just easier to look at links and see what other people are talking about at the same time instead of hitting the back button 20 times to get back to the page that had the link.

In IE or Firefox, holding Ctrl + clicking the link should open the link in a new tab.
Or right clicking the link should give you an open in new window/tab option.

You agree but I don't. I'd hate having a new page or tab open every time, and I'll bet I'm not alone. Anyone who wants this behaviour can have it with trivial ease, so why impose it on people who don't want it?
Qbit said:OK for internal links I agree with you, but if the link is to another site, then it's quite conventional to have an automated new page/tab opener, and it's a feature I happen to like on websites.

It's got that Fisher Price look about it that unfortunately seems to be popular these days. I particularly don't like the area where the username is. Moderately long names are broken over two lines, and it looks quite ugly. Also there's no info about the user. I like to know where people are from and when they registered etc.
You don't want to know how long it's taken to get to this point....no matter how long you think it will take...it will probably take a little longer
