The part I've underlined comes awfully close to breaking it. You've done this in other posts as well. Please think before you post. If the Vaporfection products are as good as you say then you don't need to bash other products to prove it.

really??? so because a company puts out alot of info and keeps their customers informed, answers questions, and posts in these forums often, they are half assing their products??? i like that the companies that post here alot keep us informed of what they are working on. what improvements they have planned, and when new products are going to be released. i would prefer that over not knowing anyday!!! companies that are silent in the forums cause their customers un-needed anxiety IMO.

I understand that. I was just giving an example of a possible REASON. Not an actuality. And yes, most companies should post and keep their customers updated. I guess what I was trying to say that the wait might be worthwhile in the long run.

ohhhh okay! That would make sense LOL. And no, I'm just new to vaping forums. I've been vaping for a few years now, because I stuggle with severe anxiety and it helps more than any medication has. I used to be ashamed of vaping to get rid of anxiety, but now I am proud of it because of what it has done. So I came here to talk to others. I guess my passion gets out of hand!

It seems that Vapor Nation is selling the MiVape. Weird, because on the Vaporfection website it says the MiVape is in pre-production testing still. Any clarification as to how Vapor Nation is selling it?

At the bottom of the page it says "pre-order ETA late 2012".

The miVape should be released late january according to Vaporfection's last posts in this thread. I just can't wait to hold one in my hand! I keep my fingers crossed for a winter 2013 release...

I am very anxious to see some reviews on the mV. I am not one to preorder anything so I will make my purchasing decision once they are out.

I know and read all about the issue FC is having with Vaporfection so are we going to be able to keep the mV thread open and active so we can all see FC user reviews and opinions on the mV?

I am still going to check the mV out whenever it is released and make a purchase decision then, just sucks they keep pushing the release date back.

Ya, this is the portable I've been anticipating the most - for like 2 years now? But after constant delays, the shill situation on here, and being told directly by Vaporfection that the mivape would indeed be ready in January (once face to face at the Kush Expo and then again the following month via e-mail), I'm just having a little trouble trusting them. Hopefully the mivape is good enough to act like make up sex and make us all forget the manipulation and trust issues.

Haha cant say im shocked to see another delay. Just this time last year i was crushed when it changed from expected delivery December 2011 to Spring 2012 now it changed from late 2012 to early spring 2013. Its like de ja vu.

Also looks like vaporfection is getting desperate after the whole shill situation, changing the price for a vivape 2 to 299$ for a "limited time" which im sure will be forever just like the "limited time" 50$ rebate.

At this point im thinking the mivape 2 will be released sooner then the mivape lol.

Well don't go trying to play the new Duke game if you want to keep your opinion of him in good standing. It's kind of a running joke in the gaming world. Duke Nukem Forever was just released last year after 15 years of development. every couple of years someone from the company would come and show some new trailer that would wow everyone and hint at how awesome the game was going to be and it would be out soon, even giving dates at points; missing all of them. Then, finally, it gets released (after a different company takes over) and disappoints everyone.

I actually didn't realize just how applicable this is to this situation until I typed it out like that. This is vaporware in it's most literal sense!

LOL about the same as the vape world. I loved duke so I won't check out the new one. I don't know if you remember this but I can't even find it online. Dungeons and Dragons used to just be a puzzle type game which i would love to find and be able to play now. I think it was on Windows 2 maybe but really as most programs back then dos written. I now just play supergranny cause puzzle games with a bit of a challenge of monsters is more my speed at this point in time. Easy but have some road blocks.

I do know that Vaporfection are doing major changes in the company. I'm sure it's for better. Vaporfection have built a good reputation with the quality of their products and excellent CS. I'm sure they want to regain that reputation again by making a "fresh" new start with the release of the mV.
Their error margin will be way thinner after that release. They need to make it right...

I'm one of the MiVape pre-orderers and am on the fence about canceling. Discouraged by the situation yet again I started reading thru the ViVape postings and was quite discouraged to find the first half dozen or so pages filled with gripes about delays. After the MiVape delays and the shilling episode, I was discouraged enough to stop reading.
Being it's their only offering currently available, could a ViVape user chime in on some positives, or could you guys point out to where, if ever, the posts get positive? Otherwise, I really would imagine there's a mass exodus or pre-orderes to come(I know, I wrongly predicted that back in November).

Hi Adobewan - I'm also a miVape pre-orderer. I'm unsure if you're asking for positives on the mV or vV, but if you don't mind I'll throw in my two cents. I can't speak for the miVape, of course, but I absolutely love my viVape. If the miVape is as good, I'll be pleased. Check the viVape thread for my videos and comments.

Now, the whole shill posting thing really turned me off. I came to Vaporfection's defense a few times, yet they proved the skeptics right in the end before they were banned. I'm not too keen on the company unless they're outwardly committed to material changes about how they handle themselves with the vaping public (see Vapexhale for an example of how to interact appropriately with their potential customers).

That said, my personal experience with their products and customer service has been stellar. They've promptly addressed any issues I had with my viVape and AquaVape, and they proactively reach out to me for feedback. Again, if the miVape works as well as the viVape, I'm happy. Early adopting always poses risks, and I'm cool with that. The delays suck, but such is life and I have other vapes to love on in the meantime.
