I've had both cores. both are great and you can't go wrong. the differences between the two are subtle, but the glass takes a little longer to heat up, but gives a slightly more aggressive extraction due to the hotter ambient "idle" temperature of the glass core. the teflon preserves flavor better throughout the session and is damn near 100% convection.

if you are planning to use it as a portable, I'd go with the teflon. heats up quicker and probably easier on the battery



honestly I don't find the mV to be as easily portable as the mighty. I like to use the mV directly (no lid) with a sherlock so I kinda need to bring a little kit to use it on the go. but the mV just gives better vapor and is very easy to keep perfectly clean. the flexicones are genius.

The MINIVAP is perfect 4 a MEDICAL DEVICE?

WHY can't portable's just work with MOD'S?

effects are pretty much the same. glass core might be somewhat less subtle than teflon core and might give a slightly bigger jolt on the first draw. I think the teflon core takes one or two more draws to finish a load, but retains flavor better than anything else I've tried. by the end of the session I think both are getting you to the same place

I'm really interested in this vape for the flavour aspect... I'm just wondering... has anyone used the Firefly 2 or ELEV8R care to compare the flavour? Personally, I think the ELEV8R is as good as it comes for taste, however I want something that is electronic. I hope the MiniVap is it.

I have been finding the exact same thing Ataxian with another vape that has top top flavour and purity. It delivers large dense clouds with ease, which are smooth enough not to turn down.

But I fell into the trap of thinking those huge hits were where it is at, before rediscovering the surprising potency of those super tasty, light and less milky hits. I mix and match more now for the heavy effects of higher temps alongside the more rejuvenating, uplifting and revelating lower temp effects, but it is easy to miss out on so much that herb has to offer by constantly avoiding the lighter vapor.

Your strains always sound amazinf by the way, I would love a world where we all have access to the best, healthiest, tastiet meds for the price of chips!

Yesterday I received my updated old teflon core to a quick teflon/peek core.... for now I'm under the impression the heating time is faster than my old teflon core (but not faster than my QGC) and vapor production is very similar to the old teflon (not so dense and fast than QGC)... but still this pure taste we enjoy!

Damn guys! I have seen the light! This is such a great device. Perfect for my needs. More testing to be done but I'm impressed with everything about it and its the OG Teflon I'm on. To me it's like a lighter EVO experience but with portability.

I did notice in both of my Teflon cores (one used, one new), that I experienced the odor/taste that people have mentioned. Maybe I'm sensitive to it. I think I notice the taste when in use and not in use with an empty chamber when taking draws.

Gonna give her a good cleaning and see if I can get rid of it.

1. Ability to Microdose throughout the day, 4-5 hits, put down and be able to come back every so often, to get through day with more focus, pain relief, without being couch locked.
2. Top notch vapor quality and flavor
3. Open draw that is cool and comfortable even at higher temps and longer sessions
4. home based portability, at home outside use only.
5. For evening vaping, harder hitting, similar to pipe/blunt
6. ease of maintenance and cleaning

Also considering adding a Dynavap, and Sticky Brick during sale time. In place of miniVap, have also considered adding a Mighty or new Haze Square.

You already have some worthy candidates; and I love my vapcaps. I would also suggest looking at either the Milaana or Lil' Bud. I use my Milaana for concentrates and the Lil' Bud for flower-both are pure convection, on-demand, unregulated and the Lil' Bud with flower is the best taste I've had-but I've never tried a Minivap which is supposed to be king of flavor so I don't know how they compare.
