Wow. I called W9TECH and tried to talk to them about my issues and they were completely rude to me. Said the only thing they would do is take a look at my Omicron Lite and exchange it. If this thing has known issues and it came broken right from W9TECH i asked for a refund and they said no way. Guess I will be issuing a charge back and not doing business with this company any longer. I tried to be as diplomatic about the issues as possible but the guy immediately resorted to being rude and said no way on the refund/return for the broken Omicron Lite. I'm not paying to ship something back they sent me that doesn't work. All they kept saying is that they all have this issue yet I have a bunch of other brand batteries and have never seen this and this one W9TECH sent me requires me to screw on the cartridge just barely which is unacceptable. I can put the same cartridges on other batteries and they work just fine tightened to a reasonable level.
VERY disappointed. All I did was call for help and was treated like I was dumb for not knowing better and told to ship it back to them to be looked at.
