I’ve been using the MVS for quite some time now and I do love it for many reasons. One being is I don’t have a high tolerance to begin with and one bowl can send me to the moon, with that said, I feel like I might need to look for something new. I might be overdoing it when it comes to vaping as well, at least for me.
I like to take super long draws while using my VHB Carbon V2. I removed the plastic plug from the VHB so I can have the tip fully submerged in the heat chamber for bigger clouds I guess? In any event, I started to notice after a long while that I have some chest discomfort in the bronchial area, but only when I take deep big lung filling capacity breaths. This is also probably the second time this has happened ever since I started vaping back in the end of 2020. Now I know people don’t normally breathe like that, but that’s how I found out I have some discomfort. I noticed this earlier in the week and have stopped vaping completely and I already feel better. After doing some reading here and there the culprit seems to be (1) long draws and (2) high temperature which I feel like is impossible to dial in vaping with this setup despite me using a Ti tip and a low temp cap.
Something I should also add is I don’t use any attachment/water piece, I go straight to the face after it clicks. So what I’m looking for or thinking is I need something else that I can use that won’t scorch my lungs, if that makes sense. I don’t know if I would still be able to take long draws or if that’s not recommended in general no matter what vape you use. I am definitely a flavor chaser and am open to anything, including desktops. I read somewhere that using volcano bags is easy on the lungs/throat, not sure if that’s true but it kind of makes sense considering I can fill a bag up and sip on it throughout the day when it’s not connected to the heat source making the vaporing cooler, at least that‘s what I would think.
Please help me out! I would much prefer to not take breaks because of discomfort - so I know I must be doing something wrong. Thank you all.
