A ti vape is basically a little bubbler with that funnel attachment under which is a Titanium plate on a swing arm, here's what I used before I got that one;

You swing the arm out and heat the Ti plate with a torch than swing it back under and apply a spot of oil to the plate with a pin or dental pick while sucking in and the resulting vapor is sucked up the funnel.
