I love my Jyarz, all 3 sizes. The Chico turns out to be perfect for me for ground herb. But I DO have to make one "negative" comment. The Chico has an extra thread over the other sizes and due to that it can't be opened with a single turn like the other sizes can. I would guess this was added as this size was designed with concentrates in mind and a tighter seal may be desirable, but the (slight) inconvenience of having to let go of the top, regrab it, and turn it again is a thing. Not a BIG thing, but a thing.
Hello Everybody,
I just want you all to know that JyARz just contributed $1,000 to 5Gyres.org. 5Gyres does important research regarding ocean plastic trash and it's impact on the ocean environment. Our name, JyARz, has that silent 'y' in there as a reference to ocean Gyres, which are swirling ocean currents where plastic trash is accumulating, absorbing toxins, then breaking down into small bits that are consumed by birds and other sea dwelling creatures.
If you bought a JyAR this year you can feel good about the fact that together we are doing a small part to advance our understanding of the impact of ocean plastic trash. And by using a JyAR and never throwing its (recycled milk jug shell) out you are eliminating plastic waste that might otherwise end up in the ocean.
Thank you all once again ;-)

I can't wait for my order...my home(Hawaii) is very in tuned with Ocean conservation. A factor why I bought them.Just another reason why this product is a must have!
Hopefully they arrive soon! Congrats on a great purchase!I can't wait for my order...my home(Hawaii) is very in tuned with Ocean conservation. A factor why I bought them.
Well, a minor issue living in paradise, my Jyarz are taking longer than usual due to USPS.
The customer service is top notch at Jyarz in which Eliza has been promptly responding. Never anticipated glass jars like this...darn USPS!
Its definitely alittle pricey but the quality is well worth it. Its one of those products that is just really high quality and that quality costs. On the up side I have one that is almost 2 years old and it looks perfect with no signs of deterioration. Thats pretty good value for the $i bought a jyarz a while back and lost it, they are just to expensive to replace. wish they were cheaper =/
If I lost a Jyar, and I stress the word IF...... the contents would cost more to replace than the Jyar itself! I agree that the value for the $ is there with this company, not only are we keeping things fresh, and undetectable, we are saving the planet at the same time(one of the many reasons I became interested in Cannabis in the first place!) I'm not sure what top shelf costs where you are, but around here I could spend more on a gram of meds than a Jyar! (stress on COULD, I grow so......)i bought a jyarz a while back and lost it, they are just to expensive to replace. wish they were cheaper =/
The only solid colors I have are black and white, the rest are mixed randomly and carelessly.Started lid-swapping all my jyarz for some new colour combos. Red + blue and pink + blue are my favorites so far
If I had a black at my disposal i'd be fitting it with a red lid! Love the vibrancy of jyarz colours.. They really do add a little extra somethin' somethin' to my collection! The only solid colors I have are black and white, the rest are mixed randomly and carelessly.

@JyARz - aldo, do you ever get any off-color or defective JyARz in the manufacturing process? Strange question, but if so I am sure there are plenty of us who would swarm on the idea of a less-than-perfect JyAR being sold discounted.
Thanks Aldo. No doubt it will be interesting for you to see some of your defective babies, and may serve as limited edition unique products for usMy injecting molding provider (also makes injection molded parts for Tesla - quality operation) sorts the productions out before they provide them to me so i don't see any defects but I'll try to ask them on my next order - I image the first set of "shots" are probably a little off color as one color is changed for another.
...let me see what I can find out...

Cheers for replying as per usual and keeping this thread a buzzing hive of activity
Hell yeah!I just sent email to my provider...let't see what they report...I think it would be cool to have some "off" color versions for sale.
