I've got VAS... and I'm out of control.

I am not sure VAS is curable, as it's really fun learning each new vape. I don't think it has much to do with one's current vapes not performing, but it's the chance at the next working - better... More efficient... stronger... convenient.... etfc...

As I go though whatever VAS phases the future has in store, I will always have a Solo for backup..

The VXL Cloud was my first and ONLY vape thanks to finding this forum. I LOVE my used Nano I just got last week, but a properly working VXL Cloud was something else and completely met my needs... I don't like being cloudless

Really looking forward to the EVO... and now because of this addiction, everything else my VAS and pocketbook can handle!

When collecting, vapes or anything, I think it's important to be targeted in the collecting. For instance, do we need 3 or more desktop units? 5 portables? Really? Of course we don't know which are our favorites unless we try lots of them. I'm just saying, after the vapes that work best have been identified, you can put the others up in the Classified section (I know, heresy!) I get variety by pairing a limited amount of vapes with different glass pieces.

My OG ticker cloud cured my desktop VAS for over a year. I've only gotten two since, and one of those is the EVO - the other is the HI. Only other desktop unit I want now is the Herbalizer.

Portables, no luck curing VAS yet. Maybe when the portable Cloud happens....

Yup, that'll happen. My glass purchases have gone through the roof since my VAS was partially cured.

I'm so reluctant to buy a portable because of this. I'd rather use a desktop unit w/portable Power Supply, no matter how bulky the power supply may be.

Batteries are too finicky for me. I have an OCD where they must always be fully charged, lol.

Only way I've found is to switch hobbies. I used to have NAS (Nikon acquisition syndrome) and found VAS to be much cheaper. The one lens I really want, the Nikon 70-200 f/2.8 only cost $2,400, . Of course that doesn't include upgrading to FX, which is only another $1,600.

Also VAS is infinitely less expensive than modding cars or building high end PCs... both of which I have been known to do in spades. Lol sadly VAS and GAS are much easier on the pocketbook to get into!

Oh and its always nice to know a local who is plugged into the scene. Maybe we can hit up the Rainbow Drive-in or something when I go back to visit the ohana later this year?

Vas is unfortunately untreatable. When the market is based on technology there's always going to be someone one upping the last guy. Looking at your current line up I think your in good shape for a while. The Herbalizer has proven to be technologically superior to anything I've seen in the last 10 years. The EVO is a dope fucking heavy hitter and will appease the heaviest cloud chasers.

The sub, not a big fan and I know that there's been a bunch of failed units with no response from Enrico. I've used it on numerous occasions with FC friends on meet ups. Lots of fun but having a hot soldering iron laying around with 3 small kids just wasn't a good option for me.

As far as the ascent, the newer units are solid. Works real well, almost as good as the solo. But, not exactly there - I still have my M102 from the day the solo was launched. Problem is my VAS made me 2 others as a back up and guess what? The OG is still fucking going strong.

If I were you I'd enjoy what you have for a while cause I personally know of a few things coming that will be mind boggling.

And I promise, it's not the versa.

Your off to a great start my friend, keep reading cause the the VAS is only going to get worse...lol

I also know the 900 pages in a thread seems scary but fuck it. Don't take short cuts, you don't want to miss other peoples mistakes. It'll save you money and trouble.

From what I know and what I've read (extensively), there are 2 or 3 great options that should satisfy 'vape arsenal fever': Solo (portable/desktop); EVO (Bazooka!); Herbalizer (Mars Rover)!

nice list of vapes coming in for sure man! i got my herbie today, and it's been very fun getting acquainted. been getting destroyed actually. and only doing one bowl per session even.

not sure vas is gonna ever stop, but I found once i had the sub, I was good for a long time. same when I had an OG ticker. and same for the ssv at the time actually. now i have the evo and herbie dueling it out for top spot... will probably figure that out in the weeks to come...

so all in all i think once you find the one that hits all your needs then you will find yourself window browsing a lot less. personally I still need a holy grail for portable needs. I think the oil pens are the closest I have come so far(regarding getting high enough). but I use a solo and flashvape for my portable needs as i don't have a ton of oil around me.
