I seriously doubt that even most of them see him as a god head as you put it.
Then you are very much uninformed.

SMH When your leader is the only person in the nation with enough food to get fat, something is wrong...No. The LOVE their head of state. They look upon him as a GOD. They don't view their leadership as oppressive. They don't know that another existence exists.
Don't most North Koreans hate their oppressive leadership?
North Koreans don't have much electricity.

And when they do have access, they get propaganda.

If you don't show enough fervor towards the leadership you are executed. Over 40,000 Americans never came back from the Korean War. Its not called the forgotten war for nothing.
Us. Soldier, North K, South K.
Ummm have any of you ever been to North Korea? I dont think so. I have. Dont believe everything you read.
Do tell.Ummm have any of you ever been to North Korea? I dont think so. I have. Dont believe everything you read.
And as a visitor, don't believe everything you see. You sure won't see the 200,000 people in prison camps, with most of them having little to no hope of ever getting out.Ummm have any of you ever been to North Korea? I dont think so. I have. Dont believe everything you read.
There's been a lot of speculation that Sony decided to just collect on the insurance instead of releasing the movie. This latest statement though, kind of puts the blame on the theater chains. It think maybe Sony doesn't want some certain info released by N. Korea so they decided not to show the movie. Maybe there is something more to it?
just three words ... weapon of mass destruction.
time to invade.
I've read interviews and such (AMA (ask me anything) threads on reddit) from people that escaped from there, you would be surprised at the kind of stuff that they can get across and into NK. Movies, shows, documentaries (Western media type stuff), on flash drives, DVD's and DVD players, computers, etc. Sometimes it's even people that are supposed to be guarding the border that meet outsiders to smuggle materials in. The anti-regime sentiments are bigger than we would think, of course nobody that actually lives there would ever dream of telling a reporter, the reporter can go home and the person has to stay there. If it's talked about, it's between very close friends or family. No, to most he's like a godhead. Since they live in isolation from the rest of the world Most don't even know there's a better world out here, they only know what they're told by that leadership.
This is probably the best the average North Korean has it as the Regime would like to have perceived. Pretty fucked up:
