The Constitution doesn't matter in America anymore, where have you been? :(

You're right. And personally...I don't really give a shit about the Constitution. It was written by 20 something slave owners who didn't know you're supposed to wash your hands after you wipe your ass. It's needed a page one rewrite for over a century now.

That having been said, maaaaaybe the President should've at least consulted with legislators from his own party.

Because maybe one of them could've convinced him that this bombing campaign will 100%, without a shadow of a doubt, fail to accomplish his stated goals. But it will greatly increase the chances of sparking a horrific war in an already unstable region. And further endangers his already precarious bid for re-election.

"Operation Protect Our Free Two-Day Shipping" is already a complete failure.

This is another great example of how the American Empire's violent actions never ever accomplish the goals their leaders claim they will. And also create a shit ton of other problems down the road.

Bush's dumbass invasion of Iraq lead to a massive refugee crisis across Europe. Fascists have been cynically using this crisis to increase their power across the continent. And now we're seeing scenes like this:

I think that colonization of Africa and Middle East, arbitrary borders design and then a destabilizing decolonization are what led to the refugee crisis in Europe.
Europeans are the only ones to blame for the crisis.
Since thousands of years, they fuck up peace and prosperity wherever they decide to settle, just to increase the wellness of a few monarch / bourgeois / politician / businessman.

Same thing, stated a little more fluently...

Around these parts, this is YUGE news!
The peasants rejoice! 🎆🎇🎆🎇

The Trump sign was visible to tens of thousands of people every day, namely anyone crossing the Whitestone Bridge northbound. Like many things that bear his name, he didn't actually own it anyway.

This collection of ponzi schemes we call an economy will not survive permanent 20% unemployment (an optimistic prediction, btw).

We're coming to an inflection point in human history. Do we want to live in a Star Trek future, or Cyberpunk dystopia? Because we're barreling towards Cyberpunk.

Anyone explain to me why this headline doesn’t read ‘49 percent of Iowa Republican voters would rather have someone else than Trump’

Well, Rhonda's career is in DeToilet. Once the country saw what an off-putting weirdo he is....it was Joever. He will never be the President. And there's not an open FL Senate seat until 2028. Rest in Piss you won't be missed, Rhonda.

LOL. Every time they ask an average Republican about Vivek they're like "I'm not voting for him cuz he's got brown skin, simple as" or "he's one of them MUSLIMS".

This company was fined $212,646 for killing a teenager. Which means in any publicly traded company, if it costs $212,647 or more to ensure a safe working environment for their child laborers...they're sort of obligated to just risk paying the dead kid fee instead. It's in the best interest of the shareholders.

Muted by mods. Run off by rudeness.
Much like Trump himself, these voters are unable to accept what’s happened over the past several years. Trump, in so many ways, quickly made fools of them; his various inanities, failures, and possible crimes sent them scrambling for ever more bizarre rationalizations, defenses of the indefensible that separated them from family and friends. If in 2016 they suspected, rightly or wrongly, that many Americans looked down on them for any number of reasons, they now know with certainty that millions of people look down on them—not for who they are but for what they’ve supported so vocally.

This is the perfect headline. A Biden Administration official is left stranded on his trip to go kiss the asses of billionaire oligarchs at Davos because his country's government refuses to adequately regulate an aerospace company that bought off lawmakers from both parties.

Edit: Blinken was a consultant for Boeing before he became Secretary of State!

Biden said the U.S. would continue the strikes in an exchange with reporters before departing the White House for a domestic policy speech in North Carolina.

“When you say working, are they stopping the Houthis, no. Are they going to continue, yes," Biden said.

"Is setting off firecrackers in the middle a bunch of gasoline cans accomplishing anything productive? No. Am I going to keep doing it? Yes."

Boeing used to be the envy of the aviation world. I feel like there's a metaphor here for the entire American economy. And things aren't going to shit because of WOKENESS or DEI. They're going to shit because American capitalists looked around and said "why don't we kill the goose....then we can get all the golden eggs now."
