@WildChild

By this point your affiliation with the manufacturer is quite obvious. Your presence smells.

The product your refer to is a reductive immitation of Inhalater technology. Patent litigation is not instigated because we have been concentrated into perfecting technology for users.

PNP will soon disapear : in to hope the same goes for you and your interactions in this thread

@Inhalater Keep your customers satisfied and you dont have to worry about anything...its not the pnp that is driving people away...its all this long delay with replacements and all these broken units and all this bad communication...the XP as a machine is superior than PNP imo,its the customers service that is kicking you to the side...i hope production is going well and you start functioning like a professional company so more people can purchase your product...there are people waiting...

Yes of course. But at one point it is important to keep a positive mood , enjoy ourselves and have some perspevtive.

In effect, we do get a lots of comment telling us of great customer service.

Some customers have had their unit replaced multiple times; we did not flinch and put up with it. In one circumstance the customer moved out and and his 2 replacements got lost. We did not flinch and we will send him some replacements to make everybody happy. It is one thing to expect perfect product for ones money but it is another to put all the blame, everytime, on the manufacturer.

Negatives from people who do not even own an Inhalater or do business with the company is useless for any purpose.

i am indeed one of the customers that are happy with your custormer service (towards me) and on top of that more than happy with the xp...how can i order capsules directly from you?because we have made a special arrangement about the capsules and i dont know if other sellers of your products will stand behind it...

@Inhalater...
the disingenuous posts are recognized by all of us.. and many conscientious members have already reported them.
According to Adult Medical patients here in this community, the vape mentioned by WildChild is a poor choice... we have a trail of unhappy users of this unit here.

Trolls in threads that seek an opening to help a friend publicize products are needed, or the products would otherwise go nowhere on their own merit.

@Vitolo.
Thanks. Politicians and others who wish to influence - need to catch up to the fact that lies and manipulations are easy to uncover in this time of free communication! :-)

It is also important to make the point that we stand for our efforts and commitment: that we will push back to bullies

and that basically we are here to have fun and enjoy ourselves. Negativity that is not intent on making things better is, to me, something to be dispelled as a general principle.

The PNP is a great choice and should make you very happy.

It's inappropriate to make a post like this in another manufacturer's thread.

This is dangerously close to breaking our Be Nice rule.

Vito, I know you're aware that you should report trolls not respond to them. Calling another member a troll—even if it's true—is against the rules.

If anyone wants to continue along this line, please do it in a PM.

On a more positive note... Using the inhalater with a waterfall bong is a very efficient and powerful use of your herbs. I suggest everyone try it at some point.

A friend of mine made a great homemade version that works great for me.
You can scissors to cut a small hole in the cap of a Gatorade bottle and then burn/poke a small hole in the bottom of the bottle. Place the tip of the inhalater into a airtight hole in the cap and then fill the base up with water while covering the bottom hole.

I normally set the Inhalater on 6-9 and then let the water flow out at a steady rate. Once the bottle is out of water and full of vapor, I unscrew the cap and inhale. Very powerful and efficient.

@hiphiphooray The highter temps are really a blast! I usually go for temps up to 6 but found that with a water filter I could crank it up all the way.

I'm not sure if there is a relation with filtering it with water or has to do with cooling in a large secondary volume before inhaling.

Since your apparatus does not operates a water filtration maybe there is an answer to be had?! What is the difference on the throat if you inhalate directly from the cap at these high temp?

@TransHumanC, I would most definitely say that inhaling an 8 or 9 through this method is much easier than a straight draw from the hygienic tip (and without the hygienic tip you simply burn your lips). I'm not sure exactly why this is, but here are my thoughts:

The waterfall method allows the vapor to constantly move around and if the entire process takes about 10-20 seconds to fill up, then that first draw of hot vapor has already had about 9-19 seconds to cool off.

This method also uses a suction method to draw the vapor at a very slow and steady rate. I think after a second or two, the constant pulling makes it harder for the XP temperature to 'keep up,' resulting in a cooler vapor.

Everyone should definitely give it a try. I've used a water filter with the XP, but it does not pack as much as a punch as the waterfall bong does. Both cool it sufficiently, but the waterfall method gives massive hits that are very potent.

I can post some pics of the apparatus if anyone want to see it.

Yep. sure would like to see the gadget. Will try the experiment. I'm trying to find a way to to get the wow high temp rips to fit in my pocket. Did you try extending the vapour path with a very long tube? say 12 inches or so? I will try that one too

Just made a small water filter and its nice, but doesn't compare to the waterfall. I also have the water filter attachment for water pipes, so i can use that long tube as well. Ill post some pics later tonight or tomorrow.

Is there a post anywhere in this thread that explains the differences between the new XP and the previous one? I have not been able to find it easily.
Thanks! I have the previous version and am trying to figure out what the upgrade path if and if it is necessary, as well as if there is a way to improve the flavor after the first draw or so. It goes "burnt" much quicker than my Solo or PnP and I like the effects from it, but the flavor is an issue. Maybe I need to clean something that I'm not aware of as well? Any thoughts?

Bring down the temperature after the first draw and give more time to the 004 to keep the flavor. The coil configureation of your unit creates localized hot spots that influence flavor.
The XP has a different heating chamber chamber for this. The is no easy way to upgrade between genarations as many things are changed, including body dimensions.

Here's a picture of the Waterfall piece a friend made for me. Very simple to make, just cut a small hole it the cap and in the bottom of the bottle. Let the water flow leaving the bottle draw out a large quantity of vapor and then have fun.

Here's the long tube I have. I actually cut off a bit of it, which I now use for my glass water piece attachment. I haven't tried using the plain tube as a longer hygienic tip, but I'll test it later and let u know how it works. The tube is very flexible and can fold up small, so it would be easy to fit in a pocket.

Well it has been 1 month and 1 week and my Q4 is still holding up just fine......of course I have been extra careful with her. I do exercise a few precautions that I didn't know about when I bought my Q2 1st model for example although I do find I need to keep her on the charger as often as I can... including when I'm using it if possible, however what I do try to avoid is to plugging it into a charger while it is "on" as I worry about it having to shift into sharing the load while it is already in use.
I also went ahead and purchased an USB to angle up Micro B cable... the angle up means that it is at a right angle to the port.... and to further limit the stress to the USB port I have also added a strong rubber-band {cut bike tube} to hold the cable to the body of the XP so the port feels very little stress if any at all.

I wanted to see if anyone else has tried to reclaim the THC oils that condense on both my tube as well as the inside of the mouthpiece. I use a very narrow wooden spoon that came with my VB 2.0 vaporizer... Its perfect for the job.... anyway I simply scrape the inside walls of my tube as well as the inside wall of the mouthpiece....I then roll it into a log about the same thickness as a toothpick then roll it in herb as it is very sticky and will become dusted because I didn't want it to stick to my cap walls....
Now I normally would stop getting any vapor from a normal full cap for sure by the 4th run if not the end of the 3rd run.....but with the log I just mentioned we get upwards of 8 to 9 runs of very potent vapor.....it lasted the entire day and very strong.....enjoy....

Ok, so I've had my replacement now for the last week. I have no idea what model this is but it has just a narrow sticker going top to bottom and a frosted led, still just as bright as before.

It doesn't work like the older one, it's different. I used to vape around a 4 or so, then gradually work my way up to a 7. A capsule would last me 24 minutes. So when I got my replacement, I turned it up to a 4. Nothing. There was a little more taste than before so I said whatever, let's try this auto thing.

By the way I should go back to my first replacement. When my 004 died, I was given an XP. While the 004 functioned perfectly until it told me it was charging and wouldn't heat up, the fit and finish was good, the replacement XP had a whole host of problems. The charging light never turned off, the usb port was askew when I got it, and the sticker hole for the usb was so misaligned I had to cut it out with an xacto. It worked though, and was the only thing that allowed me to get some sleep reliably and then it died... a while later and now I have this. The serial number is a yellow sticker on the bottom, hand written. The fit and finish seem better. I think the smaller sticker really contributes.

Anyway, I've been meandering about but I just put it in auto and my two firewoods, solo, and DBV which was keeping me going have now been put away again. I have no idea how this is works but I just put it in auto now and it's always giving me exactly enough vapor, just to the point of wanting to cough. The clouds are just as big but not as white or milky. Instead, much more of a blue tinge. Whatever it's doing, it's finally allowing me to get some sleep again. By the way, I only started smoking because I can't sleep. The two months I was without this thing I barely slept. So long story short, I take back everything bad I said about Inhalater. It took a while but they did right and I'm sorry I wasn't more patient. I eventually found the temperatures work, and just don't care, auto works well but I have no idea what it does. Thank you so much for doing whatever voodoo that automatic is. I have a pinnacle pro on the way but I don't even care anymore. Yay inhalater.

I like my Xp more days after days, I never cough with it when I start at 5 and finish at 6 and clouds are bigs! Cleaning is easy and I don't clean it anymore since I put a little ball of coton in the deep of the oven (in the caps).

The only cons that I found is the smell issue when you want to be stealth, when it starts heating it smell like weed all around, after some draws the odour disappear (vaped), in a next future it could be a nice improvement to fix this smell issue....

Pre-loaded caps and my fully charged Xp in the pocket, ok I'm ready to go!

The XP shines in the portable class, for units that are easy to clean and low maintenance.
The Capsule is the only thing to clean up here, and the vapor path is a half inch.. so the chamber and vapor path ARE the capsule.
I have never tried a session on Auto mode.

EDIT--->
I did just try the auto. I gave it a good long try...
I raised temp first and went to auto.. then started at auto.
It may be good for tobacco users. I never was able to get visible vapor on this setting.
