Puff It Up! has a new fan - e-mailed Randy and got a response very quickly. Within the same day I e-mailed the guy, it was in the mail! $55?!?! Can't beat it.
Yeah and you will receive it 2 days..if not soonee..lol
This is a really great thread to learn from real experiences with different vendors and get a good vape pen
Hi all.
In short time, we both prefer, BY FAR, vaping. Whole new world has opened up
Now this morning, my wife says from the other room, "there's something sticky on my charger and it's inside the hole". I look at hers and same thing....this substance is inside the charger hole on the imag.
Today when I get home I'll open a new ceramic model I ordered from PIU on Sunday and get to compare both models. Really curious to see if this one has these issues.
I have a cell phone wall charger I plugged it into and it works fine, but I would have expected at least a wall charger.
Like a lot of other vapes these days it uses a USB port as a power source. Normally a computer (or tablet), but can also be a mains or auto powered USB adapter (five VDC supply with the right jack). Or a Power Bank (worth considering here IMO since there's no battery meter and fixed internal battery). I'd say about half of them supply the cable only (like my new Flower Mates)?
The trade off is sort of like the one with the charger for 18650 vapes. 'I already have several of those, I don't want to pay for more'. That is most of us, I think, would rather have the package a bit cheaper and buy the exact charger we want in the rare case we don't (like you) have a suitable unit already?
Enjoy your Imag+.

I think the amount of time and what you have to do to negate the smell depends on how sensitive you are to it. And it would appear that you are quite sensitive. How many times do you have to run it empty to get rid of the nasty smell? Is the smell going to effect the taste?

One member (also sensitive) stated that after running a load of herb through it, the smell went away for them. Others said it went away after a couple of burn offs. And some, like me, didn't have a problem with it at all.
I think that the answer to your question is somewhat subjective. My advice would be to try the load of herb suggestion (even if the herb you put through is peppermint).
This did not help out at all. I understood the trade off and was only listing one of the negatives i had encountered so far, kind of like a beginning of a pro/con. The real problem was the second part of my post (hence the "question" that had arisen).
Please be nice to newbies.
Oh @momofthegoons . Slow DrawNow, now..... Let's not make me break out the whip on a holiday...
Really? How are you doing this? Is it one of Ed's stems?with a stem from a woody RockZap,

The vape seems awesome, very sturdy. A little larger than most pen vapes I've encountered, but this is the first I've seen that doesn't BURN the material. Now I'm just trying to decide whether to prove this fact or not; the smell is pretty nasty and strong
Well, so far the only thing that really limits the perfect experience is the 3 minute session time. Still testing and will keep everyone updated. Love the true vapor experience out of a "pen" style vape!!
Can't wait to finish reading the other 1147 posts in case i might again ask or write the wrong thing again!!!
I dunno.... for $55, I'd say the sometimes annoying 3 minute shutoff is fine. Maybe not "perfect", but pretty damned close.
