I don't even know what I want anymore... Portable? Desktop? Mighty? Extreme Q? Volcano? Please help!

Ok so the only vape I have is the MFLB, it's nice... I mean, not wonderful but does the job, I'm kinda hating it now because every power adapter that I get replaced with the warranty breaks in 1 week and I'm just tired of going through that process again and again, so I've decided I want to buy a new vape. But here's the thing: I loved the MFLB because I was able to use it in my room with the power adapter, water pipe adapter and a bong, I was happy, but now I only have the batteries which are OK when outside because I can take a toke and place it down or hide my box at any time, no vapor wasted, very stealthy and very portable, that's what I love about my MFLB, but at home, it just lacks the potency I need with the batteries only.

I was thinking about just buying an Arizer Extreme Q for home use (I mostly vape at home since I work from home) and keep going with the MFLB just for outdoor use, but then I started looking into the new portable vapes that are popular now: Mighty seems fucking awesome but too big for carrying around outside, I think... I'm not sure if the Mighty is a better option than the Extreme Q, I know they are different vapes but since I mostly vape at home and not outside all day I don't know... Crafty seems nice but the battery doesn't last as long, Pax 3 seems like an awesome upgrade to my MFLB... ArGo seems AWESOME, since doesn't require much cleaning and it's convection I think, it's small and hits great it seems, never tried another vape just my mflb and a light bulb home made poisonous vaporizer that I made when I was 17? Lmao... Davinci IQ also seems pretty good with the ability to change the battery. Maybe I should just get the Extreme Q and save for the Mighty? Or maybe I should just buy the Mighty and use it at home and outdoors maybe every once in a while? Should I buy a Pax 2 and a Extreme Q? I just DON'T KNOW...

My limit is $500 or so.. I can buy the might but not the Arizer Q + Pax 3 I think... I'm so lost. I want all the vapes and decide which ones I want to keep lol. I mean, I work from home and I mostly vape here, but when going to college/movies/concerts/events/restaurants I love vaping, that's why my MFLB is awesome, I can vape EVERYWHERE, literally, everywhere.... Maybe I just need a Volcano and that's it lmao, I don't know what to buy guys I'm going crazy I've watched so many reviews and I'm going crazy, time is passing by, my herb is being combusted and wasted since I don't like the MFLB at home since I only have batteries and my PA doesn't work....

HELP ME PLEASE! Like 5 years ago I came here asking for an advice, I had like $130 to spend (gladly I can spend more) and you guys told me to get the MFLB since I wanted something stealthy and portable and that was an AMAZING purchase, the PA was too. Thanks!

Lately I've been smoking MANY joints while working from home and I use the MFLB outside to take mini hits, I don't get baked using the MFLB but at least I get a bit high. To shortly answer the questions suggested in "Things to consider":

Price
Around $500 top for something that will last A LONG TIME. I MEAN A LOT! I'm plan on keeping it for at least 5 more years. MFLB has lasted 5 years so far. For desktop vaporizer since it will be still I won't worry about dropping it, but I do drop my phone and almost everything, my MFLB gets dropped daily and it's still functioning correctly. I need something durable, of course I'm not going to be throwing my Mighty if I get one but yeah, it has to survive at least 1 drop per year lol.

Delivery system
Mostly indoors, since I work from home, I could use a Desktop vape (maybe the Extreme Q) or a Mighty here, but outside I vape too, mostly at movies/concerts/events/restaurants/before and after classes.

Efficiency
I'm trying to reduce the quantity I'm consuming, I'm currently smoking (vaping less and less since I need a new vape) and I'm consuming almost 1/2 ounce of fire in a week.

Stealth
At home I don't care but when in public maybe the Pax 3 would be a good choice but I love how I can take a mini hit or a big hit in my MFLB and then I can put it away without any worries about herb being wasted... For outdoor use I want it to me somehow stealthy but when I'm at a parking lot or somewhere alone I want big hits too.

Learning curve
I don't care that much right now, I learned how to use the MFLB, different techniques in the little book included, lol

Temperature control
Yeah maybe not total control but something I can vape at lower temp to go through the day and high temperatures at night.

I have never tried the volcano, looks like a really bad vape imo. The herborizer TI and the flowerpot need a bong to use them, vaping trough water is the best thing possible. im so happy i quit smoking AT ALL, im so proud.

PS the omnivap is made of titanium, so is almost undestructible.

The flowerpot is titanium too if im not wrong, and the Herborizer TI a mix of titanium and glass (i have it since 1 year and i never dropped it)

You don't need a warranty with the Dynavap products. There is very very little that can go wrong with this brilliantly designed vaporizer and there are only a few parts, all that can be replaced it you want a different look. It has a modular build and so parts are interchangeable so you can create the look and function that you want.

The Customer Service is stellar. George the creator and manufacturer takes care of his customers in a way that goes way beyond customer service. No worries there at all.

The Omnivap is a beast. It will outlast your lifetime. You will likely only need to replace the orings for a few cents each in the next several years. This is a vape that you should consider putting in your will. It will be working when the power goes out and when you're off grid. It will still be working after all other vapes fail. It can be heated with just about any heat source from a candle to an induction heater to a campfire stick to a jet lighter to a solar heater etc.

It's very easy to clean. Just run a Q-Tip through the condenser every month or so. If you use a degummed hemp fiber filter your Vapcap will stay clean even longer.

There is no waiting when you want to get high. From loading to heating and toking to dumping your load only requires a minute of your time. This is a manual vape with an automatic temperature indicating click that lets you know you can begin toking. Simple, efficient, tiny. healty rips fury 2 (stealthy for on the go)
dynavap ti woody / m
and there would be still some room left in the budget eg for a vapman or vaponic (or the cheap DIY version )

You might as well check the sticky brick as desktop unit (that can also be easily transferred if needed but not discreet for public use) .I love this thing and gives the densest ,tastiest vapor. There is a sticky brick jr. too,more portable but still the omnivap is way more discreet.I like my mighty a lot,too,this thing is a beast but as you said it is a little big(and damn pricey I might say)...Vapman is a great addition,too !Very fast heatup time,very small(although not very conveniently shaped),hits heavy.Also love the vaponic!But Arizer eq is an amazing and very versatile device for its price. Hehe,I think I made it worse!

Glad to see I’m not the only one who would recommend the FlowerPot and a VapCap!

On the VapCap front, the Omni XL is the most flexible (adjustable screen positions for load size and condenser for setting the airflow without worrying about the carb hole during use), but the rest of the lineup is great too.

The XL size feels a little nicer to me, but if I only had the standard size it wouldn’t bother me. The M does require a little more work to cover or feather the carb hole every time if you want denser hits, but it still performs great too.

I’ve mostly been using the Omni XL with a carbon fiber stem or NonaVonG (wood stem that fits 14mm glass) lately, but I’ve been going out with the M in my pocket lately and enjoying it too.

The main drawback with the VapCap is also one of its plusses. Torching, etc. is easy to do anywhere and you can find a new heat source wherever you are without too much trouble, but several seconds of heating every draw or three (usually one long one for me) might get tedious if you do it all day.

Induction heaters are an option, but if you don’t want to build one you have to get on a waiting list for another user to build you one or wait for DynaVap to release theirs which could take weeks or months.

On the other hand, the FlowerPot takes minimal effort to use. When I’m home, mine is usually on. Often for days at a time if I fall asleep before turning it off. At any moment I can put the head on the bowl and go without waiting for anything to heat up.

The FP is also convection while the VCs are much more conduction, and at least for me the effects are different. I find conduction to be more mellow and relaxed, but that may or may not be what you’re looking for, and it may or may not be the same effect you get.

They can both hit me hard though...sometimes too hard! Especially the FP.

I’m not sure which one is better for you to start with, but with the amount you’re using my guess is the FlowerPot will be more comfortable as your main vaporizer at home.

That's the works ... you need much less to get going. (That one includes the stand, the pelican case, a water tool, etc.)

I would suggest get what you need (the starter kit, or even less), and then get a bong off dhgate or somewhere similar to keep costs down. That should then run you ~$400-$500 (depending on exactly what you get, shipping, etc.)

I guess that would only solve your desktop problem though ... wouldn't address your portable needs ...

There are other good desktops out there as well, as was already mentioned, the Herborizer Ti, as well as the VapeXhale EVO; the Herborizer Ti is more similar to the FlowerPot in the way it is used, but the EVO is great too in that it's a very heavy hitter, very easy to use, and a top-tier flower vape; it is also much less "exposed hot surfaces" then the Herborizer or FlowerPot, so is safer in that respect.

Personally, I love my EVO, but own many devices, and have a FlowerPot (vRod) on the way (arriving today) which I'm very excited about, especially given that I use a lot of concentrates (rosin)

It might be possible to get both E-Nano and Arizer Air 2 for 500 dollars. That would get you an amazing desktop that satisfies all your indoor requirements and a very good portable for outdoors. Much better than 1 unit for both. If you get 1 for both indoor and outdoor, it will not be 10/10 for both.

E-Nano is definitely a good option, and one of the Arizer portables is definitely reliable and consistent, and pretty decent; also based on the fact that the MFLB basically suits your needs, I would imagine both of these would be a major step up and would very much satisfy your needs. Where the e-Nano wouldn't necessarily keep up, is if you are a heavy user. I find something like the eNano vs the EVO or the FlowerPot are much different in terms of being able to consume a lot quickly; so if you go through 1-3g per day, then perhaps the e-nano isn't ideal, but if you go through 0.2-1g per day, it might actually be much better.

I would say for home use, either the VapeXhale Cloud Evo, or the E-Nano. I'm partial to both of them. Been using them for 5 - 6 years now, and I still don't feel like I need anything else at home.

I've rekindled my love for the E-Nano recently, and it really is an amazing device especially paired with glass and the GonG adapter.

I would try to grab one of those.

For portability, I have the Mighty. I carry it around with me. It is large, but you can look at the Crafty too. I wouldn't trade my Mighty in though. I really like the Grasshopper, but can't recommend that one.

I cant recommend the flowerpot enough! It does everything for me LIKE A BOSS.
Ever tried micro dosing with one hit? load up your preferred amount of weed and hit its that simple.
Need to take a huge bowl to the face? sure. Need to smoke concentrate and flower at the same time? You bet. It seems there isnt a thing this cant do.
As far as portables my healthy rips fury 2 checks all the boxes (variable temp, portable, stealthy).
The Dynavap is always a high recommend for portable as well and having a torch device as opposed to a battery driven is always a nice option to have when u need no cords.
Flowerpot wrap around 20mm starter kit - $380
Add a glass piece - $20-50 --$430
Throw in a Dynavap M - $60 --$490
After shipping you should be just a smidge over 500
Obviously any other upgrades would go over budget but might still be worth it!

Kind of skimmed here but I love my flowerpot and my fury 2 from healthy rips, the fury 2 is simple and can micro dose and produces great vapor from the first hit. Flowerpot is pretty simple to but requires some messing around with temp which isn't a bad thing. My final thought and advice is this, I own 15 vaporizers, some I wish I didn't waste my time buying but I would have never known till I bought them and tried them. You could always sell something here if you don't like it but all in all you kind of just have to try some and figure out what works for you. Hope this helps

If you want a session vaporizer, the Mighty is a good choice. Don't forget that the MFLB is on demand and the Mighty is session. Different use cases. If you want something smaller the Crafty is an option.

Ever tried butane vapes? Try a Vapcap M for $60. Brilliant vaporizer that lasts forever. Don't like it? No problem, still $440 left. Love butane vapes and want more? Look into Sticky Brick and Vapman, both great.
