Changed my vote from 0.3g to 0.2g. I can definitely feel a difference in tolerance. To be honest, I'm not sure I'd want to lower it much more. 0.1-0.2g is a nice session on the Nano.

Great post! I like how detailed your records are. Keep sharing with us!

I've been reading through the thread and there is a lot of good info I wanted to get updated. Awesome graph that was made but for me that takes all the spontaneity away. Kinda like planning to have sex on tues at 9:00.

I also use cannabis for pain and the pain of stress and anxiety of everyday life. I've been going through some testing over the last month and has caused a lot of anxiety. Cannabis helps relieve that. I've been using more lately, i don't even want to know how much. At least I can sleep at night. Still waiting for results....

I like the actual act of vaporizing so I like to extend my session - using a lower temp not such deep, long, draws allow me to do that. I don't usually revape my ABV but that would be another way to use less cannabis. I could revape my ABV at 400 degrees for late night. I like to save my ABV for edibles.

Yea, a lot of people have been chiming in with some great info/perspective on the matter.

As for taking away some of the spontaneity, it does... However, not having to worry about unknowingly increasing your dosage (by weighing out a session prior to starting), can definitely take away some of the pressure that's there (for some) to keep the (hopefully healthy) habit from becoming an unhealthy/negative one. You can always weigh out a bit more, if you find you aren't where you want to be when you finish your pre-weighed load. It's just super easy to fill up your GonG's a bit more each day, until you're at more than double the original dose, without ever noticing. Also, by pre-weighing your sessions, you can break it up into as many stems/GonG's as you want, without having to keep track of the total dose.

For those using cannabis solely for recreation, taking the time to log each session can be tedious and somewhat pointless, unless they want to work on lowering their tolerance. I think it is extremely useful for that. The same way you can unknowingly increase your dosage in tiny increments over time, you can knowingly decrease it the same way. For those using it medicinally, having records could be useful, especially in tracking trends of pain/anxiety/sleep/etc.. You can see which dose is best for you, how to spread it out throughout the day, and even which strains/temperatures work best. How nice would it be to find out that vaporizing more could be even better for your specific situation?

Obviously, it's not feasible to closely monitor everything in your life, but the more things you keep records of, the more easily you will be able to come up with more accurate answers for questions you may have about yourself. A slight change in your normal routine can often have drastic effects on your body/mind, yet figuring out exactly what it is that you've been doing differently recently can be very difficult.

its only for one month so yea, the spontaneity takes away, but im trying to bring real results, so im trying to keep it spontaneous as i can... otherwise, i'll dont get real results...
i think that if you are medical user, you dont have to log/review/relate the amounts, they are not matter as far as you feel good.

Finally got some scales and a FW4 capsule holds .03 for what I like. Could go to .02 as after 2 or 3 decent hits, I'm good so I don't quite finish it.

So voted .05

I use 0.025 mainly now. I used to use anywhere from 0.1 to 0.3gr but I was getting over dosed and I stopped doing many things aka the side effects were negative. I still think I could get less than 0.025g but for now I am going to hold this level for a few weeks before going lower.

All I am doing is weighing out 0.1g and then breaking it down into 4 piles. That is set for my day.

So, I finished my 30 day record keeping. It was somewhat tedious, but definitely provided some cool data and charts, and I lowered my tolerance by a significant amount (probably ~30-50%). I highly recommend record keeping for anyone who wants to lower their tolerance, without missing out on effects or taking a long t-break. Keep the increments of change small enough, and you won't notice big differences.

All concentrates here! :)

How many grams of concentrates tho lol

Anyone else adding edibles to their microdose regimen? About a week or two ago I switched to using probably 80% edibles now with anywhere from 10-20mg per day. It's been helping me to keep vaping a more special occasion, keeping my lungs a bit cleaner and helps me to be less compulsive with my medicine, which is more of a personal problem than anything haha

Lol... Do you know how many milligrams of thc:cbd you use per session?
Nope and I dont count it in those terms. I seek terpenes just as much as either major cannabinoid ;) THC is something that goes nice with terps but bores me alone ;)

Cbd will be negligible since I dont have any access to cbd chemovars :(

I'd probably use .05g of full melt bubble each session :)

I voted .1 but I don't usually measure out. The other thread today inspired me to keep track of my usage and I just measured out a standard Milaana stem at .12 , so figure that's pretty good guess across board.

I got a nice little google sheets set up :) I am only going to track my own usage, and I have a section for notes where I can add if I am out with people, etc. Because I won't be able to really track that well out and about.

I don't tend to overdo my cannabis as is, but was curious to what exactly I am using and how frequently, did this last year from Jan-March, but I didn't weigh, or jot the time down, I simply was ticking tallies on which vapes I use the most. Got a lot new vapes since then :)

I'm not really getting hung up on the amount tho and am going to try to just vape as normally as possible. I'd like to get an idea of usage first and then if I need to regulate down I could, always good to save a few bucks.

Cool thread :)

Ya I think the end goal of microdosing isn't to stick to some number, but the general concept of just less is more and learning to use less to get to the same place/where you wanna be in terms of medicated state(or all out belligerent bakedness haha)

Changed vote from .1 to .05 having been averaging a little less under .05 per session since receiving my Bamboo hi log over a month ago!
It don't matter if you are at .2+ or .05 folks. in past few months I went from combusting at least .25g water bongs to now strictly vaporizing in smaller quantities, haVing gradually lowered my doses . I'm just as high as I was then if not higher.. it is possible , just have to try to figure out your vape and how to extract a smaller load from it , enough where you are in your desired comfort zone.

0.000 voters, you guys are funny, lol. Although tempting I wonder how concentrates affect flower tolerance? I see a shop owner from Vancouver on fb dab shatter away like there is no tomorrow and I wonder if she'd feel anything vaping .05 lol

Concentrates destroyed my tolerance. I used to be able to get high from .05g of flower, now I'd say I need at least double that to get similar effects. This is after 2~ weeks of at least .1g~ concentrate daily

I'm sure it's possible to stay within the realm of microdosing while using concentrates but would love to see what someone's regimen looks like who does this... as I think once you start daily concentrate use you're kinda screwed but what do I know

I am a total lightweight. I LOVE being high, just. I keep my dose as small as possible and regularly ease back whenever my tolerance begins to build.

I find the microdose high soooo much more enjoyable! I'm more productive. I feel great. I have more energy. My head is clear. My bud microdose is at 0.015 pretty consistently.

I vape flowers and concentrates. My concentrates are purchased wax, shatter, rosin (so far) and hash.

Microdosing concentrates requires a focused precision eye because a tiny amount can vary greatly.

You can only microdose concentrates if you have good sharp eyesight or a magnifying glass , but it can be done.

The benefit of concentrates is that, for me, if I can keep the amount very very small, the sativa effect is sharper and more uplifting than flower of the same variety. So, I reserve concentrates for the productive day time hours.

For my routine, flowers are more portable and convenient. Concentrates stay in the house.

Ya concentrates just take more precision and more self control. I used to micro dose concentrates pretty regularly, but I'd also have to take very regular breaks from concentrates when I would let it go overboard. Very easy to do lol

A session for me on the Haze v3 is starting 11am and finishing 1-2am. I have around 2 cans per hour, so altogether i vape around 3.5 grams per session.
