Is it tho?

I started writing a reply last night after the two bowls were done at 180c then I got distracted by tv for a bit then I thought I may as well finish the two bowls off at 200c then got major munchies and guzzled half a box of cornflakes thought I may as well have another Herb ti bowl and promptly fell asleep:science:
Any way, vapour size and density pretty similar on both and flavour as well. Seemed to get more hits out of the herb ti load before flavour fell off.
Way more draw resistance from the supreme.

Noticing a slight smell from herb ti tonight that I didn't notice the last two nights? Remind me of the smell of the wife's iron when it's heating up so not sure what's going on there, going to fire a email over to the guys and see what they make of it

I just noticed that during the initial burnoff (I was too eager to test it and found by trying it that it needed a little letting it heat a first time) .. Then I saw a very light smoke coming out of the injector and that smell that you describe well, but only and only during the first heat. And it was not so embarrassing since I chained straight with a full bowl :)

The xl smelled of an iron so bad it takes a burn in period you should be iso and burning for a day it or my xl smelled for a week at least. I wonder is it an internal coil? An iron is 100% the smell though lol they should let people know it fades completely.

Thanks for reporting bro! Did you use the same grind in the Supreme, or did you not grind? I find that can make a significant difference in airflow, especially if the unground is dense hard nugs. But overall yeah the Supreme isn't exactly wide open airflow, and in comparison to the herbo can seem restricted forsure. Worth it IMO! Please continue to keep us posted!

Great customer service, Sebastian already responded last night I didn't do a high temp burn off when new, I had it mind before hand but well you know.
Same grind for both.
Coffee and setting 6 at 6Am was a great way to start the day:razz:
Love it, won't be using the supreme much now as the herb is more convienant with its quick heat up time and no torch required
Way more airflow than the dbv way more than any of my vapes

what is the heatup time, properly heatsoaked (to match the Supreme) to a temp of 200c? I think it takes me just over a minute with the torch.

I miss the morning coffee and a vape to start the day.... however found out my intense night sweats were from the coffee, not the vaping (fortunately)!

Have you heard of a herb called "taheebo"? It comes from the Amazon and is an amazing health remedy, especially as a cure for most types of cancer, its widely used all over South America and Brazil and has an astonishing reputation at xuring cancer and all types of illness.

Anyway, I tell you because it makes the absolute most delicious tea ever. It is black and thick loke coffee. It tastes very much like coffee, it is actually nicer, but if you like coffee I bet you will love taheebo.

It also has a very similar pick up energizing effect, but with no crash or comedown like caffien has. And it is very good for you, packed with B vitamins and minerals.

I cant actually drink it myself. Over 99% of rmedies and herbs cause intolerable mucus and lung congestion, even when they are doing me a lot of good. It is a harmless, but unbearable symptom for whatever reason (infections, my immune system reacting to everything wrong.)

But I have drunk the taheebo and love it. I really recommend ot to any coffee drinkers who want a healthy replacement with no downside.

The only downside is that you have to brew it up from fresh bark. But that is easy, you just need to get some good quality taheebo bark (dont bother with teabags it doesnt work, needs brewing), bring a saucepan of water to the boil, add tahhebo bark, and simmer for about 20 minutes, then just strain and drink, or strain into a bowl.

I used to put about 20 grams of bark into a full medium saucepan (maybe 1.5 litres water). I made it very strong, so that when me or my mum wanted a cup, we just filled half a cup ajd topped up with boiling water from kettle. But you caj just warmmit in a small saucepan when you want a drink.

I also made it strong so that by diluting it, it lasted longer without having tomuse a bigger saucepan.
You can brew it up and just keep it in the fridge for 4 days anyway. I recommend!

Ps. My Supreme has now reached its new home safely so watch out for a new
UK Supremer!

No actual scientific tests, but to me the Ti reaches asked temperatures in around 5 minutes whilst sitting on the bowl. I usually start things out on 5, switch to 6 in the evening.
If you want you can also put it on 10 for a minute and then back it down to 5 or 6 to speed things up.

I used my IQ and Mighty yesterday for the first time since getting the Ti, i felt like i was trying to suck a golf ball though a garden hose, there is no going back.

The only thing i dislike about the Ti is the fact that the handle becomes too hot to comfortably handle at regular temperatures (5 or 6). I am trying to find a solution to that, maybe silicon o rings or handle.
Other than that it is perfect, massive healthy bong rips on demand!

Not sure where I saw this but you can cut a hole in a rubber wine cork and put it over the glass handle

Thanks, but i am talking about the Titanium handle, not the glass one.
After a while it becomes too hot to pick up and i end up having to lift it by the power connector, which i don't like doing.
Also, i am looking for a less ghetto solution to be honest. If it can be made functional, it can be made beautiful!

Heat shrink sleeve works great for me!
Alternatively, I've heard that Sebastien is going to propose a silicone sleeve for the handle, wait'n'see :myday:

:ninja:

Edit:

After the Broken-Bubbla-Drama-CatShit that happened few weeks back, I decided today to hack something to replace it, and here is what occurred:

A bottle of Monkey Shoulder (Whisky),
his own cap as joint (cork-wood),
a vanilla glass tube as downstem, and a bit of wizardry

Hahahah
What an ingenious setup, and beautiful to watch, careful though if you have long hair to not catch fire when the injector and mouthpiece are close to each other..
Dammn that f***in' Vapcap is itching me, I think that i will soon crack (bying one) but in France I only find available the glass version, the first kit... already having the Vaponic I hold back for the moment, "luckily" their laser for engraving is in session at the moment which makes me save a little to feed the children & family :ko:

Thanks for pat and advice

About VapCap, I bought mine directly from Dynavap, shipping is only $13, it's reasonably fast, and mainly: you can discuss with the DynaTeam, who are really good people and will listen to you asks/request,
or for exemple some wood choosing, laser engraving (not actually..) or other personification ;)

I know, VapcapAquisionSyndrome is strong ! But honestly, it worth it, and I really love how it mimics a good old' Blunt :luv:
I have to say that i like as much the first-price OG VapCap as the top-of-the-line Omnivong Burl

How do you guys manage the injector? Have you purchased the stand? I've been eyeing vaposhop and think with the FC 10% discount that it's even cheaper than purchasing direct from herborizer. That RooR setup is so tempting, it also includes the stand.... if finances would permit, ideally i'd love to buy the Ti bubbler setup (comes with both herb and enail attachments) and the RooR setup, and then sell off the XL/controller. Otherwise, maybe better to buy the the Roor and just pickup the Ti injector separately. I just want it all! lol

Thank you guys, appreciate your help.. I just ordered the basic vapcap glass version on Vaposhop, with a promotion and the code it was a good deal at around 35 €, we'll see if later I Upgrade on wood/titanium.
Regarding the Herborizer I have not seen anywhere the foot for the injector (for the moment) the only one I see is that of the previous version, but it must do the same thing.. However the base seems rather small, and I prefer glass without logo.. So i use a Chinese glass foot with a 18male coupled with an extreme q bowl ..

If you think doin' the same be careful not to place the side with the silicone protection at the top, otherwise this protection will melt because of the heat of the injector.

Hilarious! But I'm not using Google translate at all...that's why my phrasing is very poor....

My herborizer Ti doesn't get all the attention it deserves... I love it but the fact it is a bit cautious to use (cause the hot heating element) and the need of a big setup (watertools....here my j-hook is missing to me) are the cause it stays on a box and go out on special occasion only (where it makes the job very well). i vape dry most of the time and cause my daughter, visitors, dogs and cats I can't let my Herbo setup ready to use. although it take me under 3mn to plug everything and fill the watertool.

My favourite heating level is going from 4.5 to 5 . I feel that level is the perfect balance between clouds and taste.

My DIY stand broke yesterday, the injector sit in an Arizer cyclone bowl placed in an heavy metal jar but tipped while I misplaced the dial, everything felt on the concrete floor and the cyclone bowl (basically a female 18 to 18 adaptater) broke , the injector was stucked in the female GonG so hard I must to use a small pair of pliers to broke the rest of the arizer cyclone bowl.....sadly the glass part for the injector was slightly damaged but not enough to be more a visual defect than anything else. I received a 20% discount code on the Herborizer shop for my next buy, I will go for replacement bowls and injector housing.

I just leave mine on the bowl. And drop it in the bong itself whilst filling the bowl.
Although this won't work on a 14.5mm piece, so i might get a 18mm stand anyway.
I have come up with something to insulate the handle, a few silicon o-rings.

Got them on eBay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/371759879861?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&var=640735625528&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

It works great and i don't think it looks too bad. Unfortunately i couldn't find black food grade silicon o rings, only red.

This is my current setup, its is always out and ready:

@Carlos8400 you have a nice sense of Aesthetics it seems... really like your "O-Ring-Solution" - looks nice and clean and of course i dig the Tray. I spotted the Mighty Doseing Capsule at the Top, do you use it whith the Herborizer? If this is possible it would be a nice plus....

Have a nice Day!

Thanks, i have a pretty intense OCPD going on, i like things symmetrical, clean and neat.
Also a firm believer in making functional things look beautiful too.

I don't really use the capsules at all to be honest, got a few with my mighty to try, but i didn't like them,i just keep it there not to lose it. Haven't used the Mighty since i got the Herborizer... Actually, that's a lie, i tried it last week again and it felt horrible compared to the Ti, so i put it back in its case and haven't touched it since.

I doubt they would work with the Ti, no point really as it is super easy to load in and out.

You are welcome at my Home anytime if you feel bored, a lot of things i would love to be more "symmetrical, clean and neat"

Thanks for the fast reply. My Mighty does not get as much love as i thought also, while it definetly works there is some feeling, aesthetic and perhaps sexyness left to be desired....

feeling, aesthetic and perhaps sexyness left to be desired....

That's the biggest understatement ever! I doubt feelings, aesthetics and sexyness were even part of the bill when the mighty was designed. Good old German "functionality above all else"...
The mighty feels like it was designed in the 90s by a Mad Max fan!
It works great as a portable, but it really doesn't compare to the Ti.

Be careful what you wish for, "symmetrical, clean and neat" isn't as easy as it sounds to keep up with, at least not in my mind!

Glass is beautiful.. but it breaks
Especially late night with a cat at home, so the chinese stand foot, the EQ bowl & the glasspart of the injector are broken.. Fortunately the VapCap should arrive tomorrow, waiting for the piece of glass around the injector .. hope he's more solid

..
In fact almost the same story as PPN but without the 20% in the end hahaha
