Do you not find that you get some water splashing in your mouth with those small HT's?

I too think I might find a full sized tube, if you find a nice pairing let me knock!

I was thinking about a nice HT from VXL but it's hard for me to justify the cost in comparison to other quality glass pieces. They pop up from time to time in the classifieds and there is presently a grav labs HT for 125 but i think it may be too small for my lung capacity!

Might give me more reason to use the HA, as I use the hammer through the bong because of the bigger hits

Bigger hits? I have never experienced bigger hits! The biggest hits come from fully loading up that crucible with ground, calibration to +10, set to 200c with a 30 sec heat soak, and pull nice and slow and vape up that .5 into massively thick dragon clouds!!! I'll be posting a video showing this....@lazylathe already got a teaser vid, and I believe he used the words "epic" to describe the size of the hit and resulting clouds! Time to give back!

Thanks bro, that piece is priceless! Let's swap for the vriptech perk for a little while! The tong is just GENIUS with it's perfect ability to mate with 18 or 14 flawlessly! I much prefer using the PerK with the HA over the VHW! Airflow is great, although I have no reason to add ice due to how smooth this vapour is! BY FAR, the smoothest vapour i've ever experienced....even more so than the Herbalizer, but the Herbalizer claims to have a much higher temp (229c?). I don't get that though, because it's not reflective in the ABV, and after i'm finished with my hA sessions, the ABV is SPENT. And I meant SPENT. I think I understand the claims of just how efficient this little bombproof machine is!

I've been missing out SO MUCH being stuck in my Solo world for the past month! I just hit .07 of a 15% thc orange hill special shake at 180/+10 and the taste is insane! I've never had a vape that left such a lasting taste on my smacker! (maybe vriptech) And i've never experienced such medication effects from so LITTLE! This thing works with my body chemistry like crazy! This is the very first time I sesh, and TURN OFF a vape because i'm "too medicated"....this NEVER happens! I WANT to run more material for it and play and test for science, but I can't! LOL

I'm glad it's not just mine! I thought maybe the software was a bit confused, but I swear I may have noticed the same thing when it was not set at +10. I'll keep an eye on it, I wonder if it's just a bug in the firmware since i've seen it also drop quickly, when i've tried to increase the temp. I'll keep watching it. But I definitely notice a difference with the BOOST! That is a pretty huge discovery!

How do you rate the use of the solo gong?

wondering if I should purchase a solo gong exclusively for the HA? As it's a much cheaper option as It can be bought locally vs the shipping on the PV.

It's awesome! No issues whatsoever, I like using it with the hA better than the Solo! In fact, I will be liquidating all my Solo stuff but the gong is not going anywhere! I can still do my one handed operation and clear it by using friction to pull the gong out to clear, or I can just very easily remove the hA. It's pretty loose, but doesn't seem to matter? I'm still order the reg and shorty hA PV gong because they will work better since it's a perfect fit, and the bowl sizes are larger. Definitely get the hA version but if it's that much more $ than the Solo gong will keep you happy....it's SUPER efficient which is why it's nice to have in the lineup. ABV gets super dark too if vaped to max, just doesn't have that gross charring over conduction like the Solo can have on max temp, and it reflects in the taste department!

I find the very small ones do splash up, I just bought a knock off PPWT so will see how that goes!
I too find the HA gets milker the more you pack it, but even with a 1gram + pack I wont get near the clouds the hammer will blow, but a lot of people rave about the hammer taste and I don't really get it, nor do I really go nuts for taste in any other vape. The HA is the only vape I own where I really enjoy the flavour.
I have also purchased a dhgate gb 187 and I'm hoping that will work well with the HA inverted! Hoping the smaller size of the bubbler vs the big beaker bong might help with milkiness. Not that the HA doesn't blow huge clouds, just for some reason to me it doesn't seem to milk up as much as others while still in the tube, but you will still exhale a huge cloud. Still going to milk up better than something like a solo.

It will forsure milk up more....i notice the same thing with my weedstar bubbler....it can milk, but my bigger double perk vriptech piece doesn't get as dense unless i really go at it for a while. Can't wait to shoot the videos for you guys!

I'm a little confused on why the Elite isn't more popular? I can only guess it's the price, but IMO it's worth every penny. I was thinking about getting the 2.2 for a second vape/backup, but after comparing the two and giving it much thought, I think the Elite is worth the extra cash considering how much more you are getting, including the extra temp ceiling. I'll wait for another sale like black friday (boxing day) and pick up another Elite no doubt!

Seriously though, I vape at near or max temp, and she's low temp around high 150's-160's so the cool down can take a bit (I use the pump). I don't like having many vapes, so the vapes I like I REALLY like.

I don't use the crucible now, wish I still had it, putting the solo gong in the crucible and then into the HA makes a better fit than gong directly in the heater.

i just bought the HA ELiTE on ebay for $250............now i'm looking for a water tube. either the pinacle or f-bomb......any thought out there......thanx

You're doing it! Hooking a pump up to a bubbler and letting it fill to overflowing so you just breathe it in. It's a killer visual effect!

Try using the adapter that connects the pump to the HA, this reduces the airflow a little, providing even thicker vapor.

I got some vids to put up too, just need to setup youtube acount, then work out how to post! lol. I don't get much time on weekdays being a family man, so i'l try get them up on the weekend.

I agree with everything you and @lazylathe said on this vape! Glad to hear you guys are enjoying your elites. I think this is the best all round vape there is out there, imo! It does everything! with top notch flavor and extraction. What more can you ask for at this price point?

@vulcanrider55 If you wanna be taking huge hits I would recommend a mid to large size bong for the elite. Can get hot with a VXL HT, and they are quite a bit larger than PNWT. But it all depends on how/how much you load. If you do small loads you'll probably be ok with the PNWT. A full crucible will have you in coughing fits lol

Glad you're enjoying the vids...i've done more, just haven't had the chance to upload. I just created the youtube account, everything is simple as can be, it can be as comprehensive as you like, i'm not into editing, etc. Imgur won't allow the file sizes.

I've discovered that there is a reason that the manual states NOT to grind! I use .3g and tamp it hard in the crucible and set it to max temp (+10) let it presoak for a minute and then hit it slowly and wow! Airflow is incredible, clouds are thick and the mosty tasty i've ever experienced! I'm really going to have to really reconsider if I ever want to grind with this vape. It's so much easier to rip apart pieces of nugs, and it's all unscathed....the purity of the flavour is reflective of this in my short experience tonight. More testing to follow!

Max temp with +10 can get pretty toasty in my medium sized pieces. I find i'm favouring my larger double perk 12", and soon will see how HUGE I can go with the addition of ice! Standby for some more lung busting ELITE hits!

I used to do whole nugs for years but now I tear it into chunks. Same great flavor but bigger clouds with a shorter session. I've never run any ground stuff through it, but the loose stuff after an 1/8th is gone (shake?) hits hard and has massive clouds and the session is way shorter.

With the loose stuff I put one of the ceramic screens on top to keep it all in place to keep the mp screen cleaner. I've been hearing conflicting things about the material being stationary to force air through it versus it moving around getting more evenly heated basically stirring itself. I'm not science-y enough to know where I fall on that, both sides kind of make sense to me. Maybe it depends more on the kind heat being applied to it.

I saw a video of a demo, where the bud was so tight that instantly ejected with a few blow pump.

That's pretty cool! Never seen that before, but during my experiments like night I tried tamping a small disc, but the vapour seemed quit thin. After I inspected, I noticed that the disc was kind of sitting "sideways" and thus wasn't being vaped up effectively. I broke it up so it was loose and the vapours started! After that I made sure that each tamp/pack was effective, and that's when I discovered the game changing effect of compressed loads and not grinding. I achieve much denser vapour, and faster! I can only imagine what a .5g load would be like in espresso mode! I've only been as high as .3g, and that was pretty damn high!

This is definitely my experience as well. Another result is the most incredible flavour! I'm finding it awesome taking out a small puck of dark fully spent ABV!

I never grind anymore, especially not with this vape. The maker tells you to pack it as hard and tight in there as you want.
