That is great that you say it would be a fine choice for those with physical issues etc.
Is taking it apart and cleaning also easy for those with issues?
I can say that taking the grinder apart to change the grind size is easy as pie. As
@steama mentions, it had a tool that makes it a very quick process and requires very little effort and I imagine would be great even for those with limited hand mobility. As long as you can rotate that tool in place the prongs will fall right into place.
The grinding itself is even smoother. The blades minimize any resistance. The only thing that some people may not enjoy is that it makes the stems stick out a little bit more than a standard tooth grinder. I don't mind this though I wish there were an easier way to sift out the stem bits.
I have not changed out the sifting screens at all (though they look very easy to change as well).
The fine grind is fine, but not as fine as I am able to get by turning my space case upside down and putting in some time rotating, which you cannot do with the blade setup. However, I love this grinder and if I wanted a superfine grind I would probably just snag a finishing grinder (I believe
@stickstones recently mentioned a grinder that performs fine grinds well).
@Aimless Ryan if you were in the grinder market I think this one would perform well.
When I am able to resume again from my t-break I think I will remove the filter screen altogether for a bit because I know some people prefer 3-piece grinders and prefer to not have that Kief separated.
I cannot recall if I was able to post pictures of the grinds in the past (I think I had trouble uploading to imageshack). In my photos the size difference between the medium and fine grind is not noticeable but I can certainly see the difference before my eyes. Prior to my break I was using all three grind sizes regularly and having trouble picking out a favorite!
All in all I think that grinder is a steal, and I had extremely prompt customer service when they accidentally sent me two medium grinding plates instead of 1 medium and 1 fine. They even threw in a couple awesome decals for the trouble.
