Ummm, if you look closely that grinder is for certain "white powders" . . .

yeah I know snuffers delight but if herb was dry enough I would imagine it would be perfect for those vials to fill for most vaporizers.

Knowing that this grinder is meant for crushing "rocks", If you look closely you will see a flat disk that seems to press down on the "rock/material" when the little handle is turned. I would imagine it presses the material through some sort of a sieve then down the funnel to the little vials. That IMO makes it unsuitable for flowers.

So here's kind of a unique take on grinder that address a specific problem when using grinders:

I have no idea how good this grinder is, but kudo's to them for addressing an issue that exists with all of them.

How often do you clean your SCS's? I found that my screen clogs really fast...

I have cleaned my SCS 2pc once, and it didn't need it that time. I've had mine for a month.

I used to clean my SpaceCase about once every 90 days.
Have not cleaned this SCS yet..
I have had it a number of months, and use it all day every day.

You don't have any problem with the screen? I had mine for 2 months or so and the screen is really clogged

Have you tried putting a coin on top of screen and shaking???

I find I'm having to scrape hard squashed bud from the edges of my SCS 2 piece daily. For such a supposedly amazing product Id expect a snugger fit. The 2 pieces move a mm when together so the bud doesnt stay where it should. I make sure I dont open the 2 parts when grinding so its not user error. Perhaps I just have a dud

That being said the grind is superb and its fairly easy to get it turning when youve got sticky nugs

I still haven't cleaned mine. Though, I only use it maybe once a day, or twice on every third day... I have the large, and I sometimes put way too much in.

I hold my screen up to a light source and make a decision based on how dirty / clogged up it looks. I clean mine 1-2 times a month.

You can't beat a toothbrush (or similar stiff brush) and ISO for quick, thorough grinder cleaning. I clean often as well. Grinders are like vape bowls. Let 'em get dirty and they attract more material like magnets. I'll clean a screen after just a couple of uses. Since I never 'reclaim' from a grinder, a dirty screen robs me of the best part of the herb.

What is this? Can I use chapstick/Burtsbees/vaseline on the sides and how often should I apply it? I also have access to silicone caulk could that be used?

I dunk the screen in ISO and then run it under water. I have a can of air I use to dry it. I don't touch the screen with my fingers or anything else to keep it as clean as possible.
