Hi All,

We are proud to announce the launch of our new ROGUE 2! It is a more powerful and high-end device - available now HERE.

We’ve been working on this device over the last year and we are excited to share the significant improvements over our ROGUE SE.

Here is a quick look at the upgrades that we will explain in more detail below:

ROGUE 2 UPGRADES FROM OUR ROGUE SE:
TITANIUM CHAMBER
MORE POWER - 30%+ LARGER HEATING ELEMENT
XL GLASS COOLING STEM INCLUDED
BLACK CHROME FINISH - LIMITED EDITION

OTHER FEATURES:
PASS-THROUGH CHARGING (USE THE DEVICE WHILE CHARGING)
LONG BATTERY LIFE: 80-100 MINUTES PER CHARGE
SLIDING MOUTHPIECE - MAGNETIC ATTACHMENT
SILICONE TRAVEL COVER INCLUDED
TEMPERATURE RANGE: 280°- 430°F

More Power: We built and incorporated a heating element that is 30%+ larger than our ROGUE SE. The improved vapor production and extraction is remarkable.

Titanium Chamber: Upgraded from the stainless steel chamber.

XL Glass Mouthpiece: We’ve included a 80mm (3 inch) glass cooling stem with our new ROGUE 2

Black Chrome Finish: This new finish is stunning - even better than the pictures below. We are working on some other new finishes that we will be adding over the next few months as well.

New Silicone Cover Design: Our silicone cover now protects the Black Glass Cooling Stem for portability.

Other Features:
  • Convection Heating Technology
  • Low Draw Resistance
  • Haptic Feedback
  • 3 Clicks On/Off
  • 1 Click Battery Check
  • OLED Digital Flip Screen
  • Adjustable 3-8 Minute Session Timer
  • Precision Temperature Control (Range 280°- 430°F)
  • 25 Second Heat-Up Time (Near On-Demand Vapor)
  • USB-C Fast Charging (5V/2A)
  • Charges in ~90 Minutes
  • Provides Approximately 80-100 Minutes of Battery Use Per Charge
What's in the Box:
  • 1 ROGUE 2 Device
  • 1 Standard Mouthpiece for use with Glass Accessories
  • 1 Black Glass Cooling Stem
  • 1 XL Glass Cooling Stem 80mm (3 inches)
  • 1 Protective Travel Cover
  • 1 Dosing Capsule
  • 1 USB-C Charging Cord
  • 1 Extra O-Ring & Screen Set
  • 1 Cleaning Tool
  • 1 Cleaning Brush
  • 1 Tweezers
  • 1 User Manual
So, to address the elephant in the room - no, the ROGUE 2 does not have a removable battery. We understand that this is a contentious subject, but please hear our reasoning:
  1. Battery Life: Our battery lasts 80-100 minutes per charge. A removable battery does not last very long per charge - roughly 40 minutes in a device this size.
  2. Continuous Use: you can use our ROGUE 2 while plugged-in and charging. If your battery is running low, you can plug it in and continue your indefinite sessions. You can also carry a power bank that will give you hours of additional use. Is this not better than carrying around numerous batteries that you have to change every 40 minutes? (Rhetorical question ).
  3. Safety: We realize that most of you on this site are familiar with battery safety. However, having a non-replaceable battery takes human error out of the equation - and our insurance company agrees. We concede it is rare, but It only takes one suspect or damaged battery to cause a catastrophic event.
  4. Lifetime Warranty: If you are concerned about battery degradation over the years of your ROGUE 2 use, we will replace your entire device for ½ price for any device failure including significant battery degradation - for life.
  5. Best of All Worlds: Much longer battery life, continuous use with power source (including a power bank), lifetime ½ price warranty replacement & one year free warranty replacement.
Think about it, there are many components on a device that can fail (other than the battery). With the other guys, you’re paying full price for a new device replacement once their warranty expires. With the Healthy Rips Lifetime Warranty, you will never pay full price for a device replacement again!
Further, our devices have an exceptionally low defect rate (~1%). *Please see visit our website for the complete warranty policy.

The ROGUE 2 is a high-end device. Once you hold it in your hands and take your first draw - you will know :).

Everything in this picture is included in the bundle.

Very nice! Good upgrades, and I really like that shiny finish, although the mouthpiece part doesn't really match so well anymore?...

I am also still disappointed it does not have the mouthpiece set up that the Fierce had, been missing it since the original Rogue launched, using metal capsules or loading chambers is just unappealing for me now, having that glass stem system for your chamber and the mouthpiece sheath to hold it was such an ideal, better than most other competitors with glass stem system in my experience... Oh well good luck with Rogue2!

Hi and thank you so much for your reply! We hear you about the glass stems that insert through the attachment and down into the chamber. We will seriously consider adding that option for our future productions. For the ROGUE 2, we made a decision to make the glass ecosystem backwards compatible with our previous ROGUE models. We felt that this would be more appealing to the masses that already have ROGUE glass accessories - as all of them will work on the ROGUE 2.

The mouthpiece actually looks really good on the Black Chrome finish. The pictures make the chrome look lighter than it actually is. The finish is a dark/black chrome and matches the mouthpiece and the buttons nicely. It is very difficult to photograph chrome to show its true color. I'm not going to lie, this ROGUE 2 is sexy! :)

All the best,
Teece - HR Team

Is there an ETA on the standard matte black finish? I quite like it on my Fury Edge.

One complaint I have on my Fury Edge is that the airflow is quite restricted and draws are loud (hiss of air into the bottom of the device). Are there any airflow differences between the Rouge 2 and the original Fury Edge?

I gotta say that's the one thing keeping me from pulling the trigger: airflow.

(I had a fury (og), potv one, and a fury edge, which all seemed more like sipper devices to me. I mean they made big clouds, but in my otg use case I'm generally trying to clear the bowl as quickly as possible, and more airflow helps with that)

Never had vas for the rogue 1... was the airflow improved from its earlier cousins mentioned above? If so, now that the 2 is out I'm kinda interested. I need something that fits my pocket better than the v3pro does, and I kinda like the black chrome look lol

Hi! We are working on a few new finishes that we will be adding over the next few months. We wanted to launch our ROGUE 2 with this black chrome finish because it is extremely high-end. Please note that this black chrome finish looks lighter in the pictures than in person - due to the reflections that it is picking up.

The airflow is significantly less restricted on our ROGUE SE and even less restricted on our new ROGUE 2.

Hi! Our new ROGUE 2 has the least restrictive airflow of all our previous devices.

Thank you both for your questions!

Sounds good, but the shiny finger-smudge collector finish would be a no-go for me.
Please tell me that it is available in a matte finish as well.

Intriguing, as the OG Rogue was my first device. Glad to hear that the draw is less restricted, which was one of my least favorite aspects of the original (and part of the reason I went with the Venty when my Rogue bricked on me).

Is the Rogue SE travel mouthpiece compatible with the Rogue 2? I found that filling the original travel moutpiece with glass beads provided pretty decent cooling, and I felt better about shoving it in a pocket and carrying it around without having to worry about a glass stem.

I read that the rogue se travel mouthpiece is compatible with the rogue 2. (they made all accessories backwards compatible)

That's a great tip about using glass beads in the travel mouthpiece!

I bought a Rogue when they first came out, it pumped the vapor out..but I had a error on mine and loads of other people did and the replacement unit wasn't as good so I sold it...I bought another about 12mnths ago and again.the vapor wasn't as dense as the very first unit I bought..intrigued to see how the Rogue 2 turns out.

Did you really not get fingerprints on the matte versions?? I think they are just as susceptible, but harder to wipe off...

Rogue was my first ever dry herb vape and I loved it.

This looks interesting(and shiny!)but sad to see the chamber is now titanium as I recently discovered an allergy to it. Looks nice though and always a recommended vape for that price range.

Wish there could have been swappable batteries but my experience with the SE was that the battery life was pretty darn good to not completely need it unless out and about for a while.

Without a sleeve I'm betting that gets extremely hot being shiny metallic finish. That is the only thing holding me back from jumping on this. I'm a heavy user and I can just feel the heat coming from this little beauty 🔥

I didn't have a Rogue, but I have a Fury II, which I assume is the same matte finish. I didn't have as much of an issue as I've had with anything smooth and shiny.

Actually think the finish is a bit different from back then, changed slightly, but nevertheless

No removable / replaceable battery for this killed it for me :(

I am ok with the warranty process you offer, but not being able to bring a few batteries with me out and about, and needing to be tethered to a battery bank / the wall once the battery is low is a no-go. Bummer.

pocketable, palmable, stealth is why I wanted to upgrade to rouge from my One, shiny aint it. I noticed battery degradation on the one after several moths of daily use, this make me leery of a non-replaceable unit and why I went with AVLPs

I own the EDGE and the ROGE OG. Great devices overall!

While the rubberized coating was nice, it all rubbed off my ROGUE OG after about a year. New finishes could be nice.

One of my pet peeves with these devices is the countdown timer display. Why is time left displayed in TOTAL seconds remaining? Who thinks about time this way?? "223 secs" is pretty meaningless to me. How long is that? Time remaining should formatted as: MINUTES : SECONDS (for example, 4:23). You could even throw in a little progress bar along the bottom. Would be a much more intuitive UX.

Please tell me this was updated for the ROGUE 2 🙏

Another question: Will ROGUE OG parts (such as travel mouthpiece) work with the ROGUE 2?

Hey, marketing team, can you give us a couple of lame excuses for still not having a removable battery?

This demand is rude and borders on our Be Nice rule. Following this path could easily lead to a warning point.

Obviously you disagree with the reasoning in the post. That's fine, but you have to express that with respect.

So I saw this thread, and I swore to myself that I wouldn't even consider buying it, since my rotation is basically just my Herborizer with different bongs - but then I pulled out my beaten-up Rogue OG and just toasted a bowl to damn near black! :spliff: I forgot how hard this hits for such a small footprint

Sat at a 6.5/10 seriously considering this thing. The SE changes have been carried over plus they finally ditched the rubbish e-cig style mouthpiece, giving a dust cover for the accessory mouthpiece instead. Hoping it will be similarly priced to it's predecessor when it comes to the UK!

Actually, this was not meant as a demand from me to them. I had planned to develop this into a funny little dialogue between the HR guy posting here and the (rest of the) marketing team. Seems like I didn't fully develop that idea. But yeah, let's take them on one by one.
Battery Life: Our battery lasts 80-100 minutes per charge.
but it's not replaceable. I'm sure a 21700 would get pretty close.
Continuous Use: you can use our ROGUE 2 while plugged-in and charging.
Great. This is exactly what you would do to help your battery die younger. Batteries do not appreciate that kind of treatment and I have seen other manufacturers explicitly recommend not doing that.
There is one company where I can accept that as a reason, and that is Storz & Bickel. Other companies seem to be doing OK by explicitly specifying the max current to be supported by the battery and including a list of qualified batteries.
Lifetime Warranty:
Hell yeah, let's just throw more electronics and plastic on the landfill. When my battery dies I do not want to spend half price to replace a device that is otherwise working perfectly. When my battery dies, I want to buy a new battery and be done.
Best of All Worlds:
Great, make up a fifth point as a summary of the previous points. More is better.

I would so love to see the REAL list of reasons :-)
