Would be good if HR makes an accessory attachment like the Fierce for the Fury.

The glass at present looks like it was jone-sen, as an awkward afterthought, unlike
The dedicated one for the integrated ONE. Kinda naked. :2c: YMMV

Other than that, I love my Furies!

This has come up a time or two before as I recall. I still don't think it's really possible, given the difference in the way the MP attaches to each unit. Does anyone see how this could actually work without changing the body of the F2? I don't (or didn't then).

FWIW, I'm sure HR has considered it. IMO they'd do it if it was possible?

Regards to all.

Thought the new POTV accessory attachment for the "ONE" already fits the F2. Other than size...Is there a difference between the Fierce accessory attachment and the POTV accessory attachment?

I have faith they are working on it.
If they can do it for the Fierce, why couldn’t they do it for the Fury? They are same shape. Only difference is size and Fury MP snaps rather than slides. Why do you think it’s not possible? Is the snap the culprit?

Yup. If it rotates (to snap out) rather than slide up (as with FIERCE) it means the stem is being levered out with the adapter, snapping off at the top of the oven?

If, OTOH, the stem doesn't extend down into the bowl (as happens with F2 when normally used) it's not a problem.

I share your opinion that if it's possible/practical to do HR will gladly do it. They seem most interested in taking care of us owners, no matter what out requests?

Hi All! There has been a lot of speculation about the next steps in the progression of our products. Hopefully, this post will clear things up a bit.

Our FIERCE was the first vaporizer of this form factor to have the Accessories Attachment. It is an amazing device loaded with features, and the vapor production is incredible. We did extremely well with our FIERCE during our 4/20 sale and the sales momentum that we have experienced with our FIERCE led us to the decision to keep it at the $189 price point and continue getting it out to the masses.

We have considered making an Accessories Attachment for our FURY 2 but we felt that there was no need since we are adding that feature to our next version as opposed to adding it to a version that we have been selling for almost two years (the FURY 2). Further, we currently have glass attachments available for our FURY 2. We will continue to sell our FURY 2 because we did retain many proprietary and exclusive rights to improvements such as the Stainless Steel Chamber, Smell/Protective Cover, and internal design changes that improve the convection properties of the unit.

Our FIERCE and all future vaporizers designed by Healthy Rips by Green Curative, Inc. are proprietary and exclusive to HR. More exciting news coming soon :).

All the Best!

All who wander are not lost...
DANG - I lost my draft of the A/B test, so here goes from memory what I had composed:

A. Snap (Fury clone) with HR WPA stem
B. F2 with POTV accessory attachment and glass

First off, the POTV accessory attachment doesn't permit the glass tube it comes with to push into the chamber. The accessory attachment has a molding detente above the o-ring preventing it from doing so. However the HR WPA stem does fit through the accessory opening but the stem is a bit narrower than the POTV glass. That was not part of the test and a sanity check.

I packed the WPA stem so it wasn't completely full; there were discernible gaps in herb, which was obtained fairly recently and hand ground too. I measured the same amount by eye (I don't have a scale) and put the matching amount in the F2. I usually use a bit more and fill a chamber (hey, why not? that's my motto) but kept a smaller amount for the test. I used East Coast Sour Diesel (strong sativa hybrid) - and geographically apropos I suppose. Great strain though.

I started at 375 - which may be low for many of you but I'm not a high temp guy in general and don't use water filtration, yet :) - waited 15 seconds, took a 10 sec draw, waited 30 secs, took another 10 sec draw, waited 30 secs, took another 10 sec draw, bumped temp to 380 and waited 30 secs, and took a final 10 sec draw.

This was NOT a blind test. I waited 30 minutes between each unit so I could have a shot at analyzing Effect.

A. Snap (Fury clone) with HR WPA stem
Taste: very good until middle of 3rd draw, downhill from there
Heat: not too bad and cooler than B. There's definitely a 'heat soak' that someone cited not too far above - you'd think it would be hotter but it wasn't. The type and density of glass I suspect play a role in this.
Draw resistance: quite a bit more than B.; it felt narrower because it is narrower than B.
Vapor: noticeable vapor, not bad however I've produced bigger and thicker clouds with the native MP.
ABV: cooked but lighter than B.
Effect: subjective at best of course but it was good, not great. I think if the temp were higher it would've been a bit better.

B. F2 with POTV accessory attachment and glass
Taste: very good until end of 3 draw, downhill from there.
Heat: warmer than A.
Draw resistance: more open than A. and I liked this better. I also liked the wider diameter glass better.
Vapor: noticeable vapor, a bit thicker than A.
ABV: cooked and a couple shades darker than A.
Effect: well since this was the second one, I already had a boost from the first so this attribute is questionable at best. I'll say it was very good, on par or slightly better than A.

Overall I liked B better for the easier draw resistance and wider glass. It tended to get hotter though due to the wider air path above the chamber so perhaps I'll down temp a bit with it going forward. Again, I'm not a high temp guy nor a temp stepper and only go up a bit occasionally. I like the ergonomic grips on each side and it fits snug on the F2 - and only wish it fit on my Snap. The original Snap MP doesn't stay on well anymore and I was hoping the POTV accessory might, just MIGHT fit - but it was the same as the standard MP :(. And it was a nominal cost so I took a chance. The Snap will be permanently married to the WPA :luv:

Now to re-enact B, with a minor temp mod, and make dinner... :brow::peace:

Aluminum is highly hydrophilic (used in arm deodorants) and have caused many post WWII
alzheimer elders grief when ingested, from the once popular aluminum cookware. YMMV?:science:

:mmmm:Thank you, HR for using SS in my Fury!

I’d still like a “proper” WPA for the now iconic Fury! There can only be ONE?

Not according to the alzheimer association. They say numerous studies have not shown a connection.

Do you have studies that do show a connection?

This is not only off-topic, it breaks this rule:
  • If you have a question or comment regarding material safety, post it in General Discussion. Do not post it in a model thread.
Please take your discussion there. Without looking, I will bet there is at least one thread on this topic already.

I didn’t think I had any need for a Fury 2, given that all of my usage was at home. However, after getting some CBD flower and realizing how effective it was while still leaving me completely unimpaired, I knew I would want an easily portable vape to use on breaks from work or while out around town.

In an ideal world I would get a Ghost for this, but the Ghost is more than I want to spend (even a secondhand one is beyond my budget for an out and about portable) is bigger than I want for an everyday portable, the crucibles don’t lock and the crucible dispenser isn’t smell proof. The Fury 2, being reduced in price, combined with the new inexpensive POTV accessories, was the obvious next choice.

So I’ve got the Fury 2 coming as well as the POTV dosing capsules and accessory mouthpiece and WPA. I’m not using the accessory mouthpiece outside of the house, and the Fury 2 will not be my main vape at home, but it’s nice to have the option to just throw a capsule in, fire it up and hit it through my bubbler for a quick fix at home.

I know HR has been hinting at a Fury 3 for a bit now and that will include improvements over the 2, but I highly doubt it will cost as little as the 2 currently does and from everything I’ve researched, it seems the 2 is great as is, and even better now that it can use glass without reducing the load. I’m looking forward to trying it out!

Sorry HR, but I have two Fury 1 rebrands, and the POTV Accessory Attachment is a VAST improvement for my use. The Arista concept of the glass chamber is hugely impractical, most especially because it has to be handled burning hot and HR officially recommends not to leave the glass stem inserted in the chamber (!).

So, the POTV Accessory Attachment allows use of the Fury chamber in the same way as the normal mouthpiece, but the bent black glass mouthpiece cools the vapor and puts the tip out to a cool point.

Basically, the POTV Accessory Attachment and the bent black glass mouthpiece solve all my Fury problems. It's much easier and cooler than any Fury 2 configuration.

mod note: Materials safety comments deleted.

BTW, professional celebrity chefs and production kitchens use both aluminum and stainless cookware - I think the difference is completely a non-issue and just marketing text. IIRC, the consensus choice of Best Portable Vape has an aluminum chamber.

I’m curious, what is the consensus choice best portable vape that you are referring to?
