I've been trying to excercise and generally be a lot healthier but as soon as I'm high I just want pizza. How do I curb the munchies
I am completely addicted to consuming my water this way, or with the juice of a lime. Quenches thirst like no other and has multiple health benefits as well.My sister is a big fan of hot water with a slice of lemon
Thanks, I do tend to drink tea a lot but I think I need to make myself a cup before I even start vaping then I can just sit itDrink lots of fluids, preferably ones with no/low sugars/carbs.
I'd advise hot drinks like loose leaf teas.

Of course there is an element of will power to opt for a hot beverage rather than a <insert delightful but bad food substance here> but the hot beverage works on multiple levels:
You can also eat fibrous substances like riveta at the same time which will help you feel full.
- The action of drinking fulfils that desire to consume
- The heat can help you feel full
- The volume of liquid can help you feel full
Salads are a good in between meal option. Carrot sticks are good but too many can mess up your digestive system and cause stomach aches.
Rice, peas and soy sauce (recommend light for low salt intake) is also great for filling up on.
