anyone else get updated tracking? How much longer now? :(

Was it showing “Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending“ before it updated?

Mine still says pending acceptance since Friday afternoon and no further updates. Bummer
Mine said same thing until a couple of hours ago. Now it says it will be delivered on Wednesday. I’m sure yours will update by morning when it gets to the next “hub.”
 
Postman decided I didn't deserve the square yesterday, it will be here today. I'm still stoked. I've been waiting for this one since I beta'd it.

I’m only 2hrs away from shipping location and still nothing for me. Had tracking info since last Thurs.

Morning, @Haze Vaporizers! :)

I double-checked my account and see that a USPS tracking number was created on April 18, but nothing since then. Should I expect more units shipped by end of week, or am I likely to be pushed to the next batch out the door?

I’m starting to think the tracking number was from the bulk order and not my actual device being shipped to me. (Like here is a tracking number to hold you over until we actually ship it) I have no other confirmation not even an email. I can literally drive to the store and pick it up but here I am waiting like a child looking out of the window waiting for Santa to arrive lol.

I'm starting to think the same, which is very disappointing. USPS says "Your package is on its way to a USPS facility. Sign up to get updates, and we'll send you a delivery date and time when available" for me. I also have the "
Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" note on there. Not really sure how to interrprut that. I also have had no confirmation e mails in my spam folder or otherwise. On my account with HAZE it says "
YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED VIA US POSTAL SERVICE".

@Haze Vaporizers, can we get some clarification about what is happening? I appreciate the posts you have made on this forum, but I am dissappinted with the lack of direct communication with individuals who purchased your product. Can you give us an update with a realistic expectation? Also can you clarify how it may be different for people who purchased the PRO vs the standard (since my understanding of the power cord issue is that it only affected the PRO units). I am not trying to be impatient, I just want to know what to expect. I have heard at least 5 different shipping dates on this forum and through my e mail I have only been told about the very first delay (according to my e mail things should have shipped on the 12th). USPS seems to tell a different story than my haze account (which could be due to my lack of understanding of the shipping process). I understand delays and I have no problems with them, especially since they sound like they were mostly out of your control. But communication with your customers is well within your control. Posting on a forum is great, and Ill take what I can get, but I do really wish you were contacting your customers directly like all other companies would. All I ask for at this point is an honest expectation for when people should recieve the product. Even a very conservative estimate would be much better than continued delays. Thank you.

yup. I agree. I have had that same pending statement since last week. There is no way it has shipped or moved at this point otherwise it would have scanned somewhere

I confirmed MaBud’s order that is actually out already. If you guys PM me your order ids, i can get them verified.

We use a 3rd party carrier to take items to USPS distribution center since there are so many of them. It created a backlog over there i assume. Just PM me your order ids.

International customers, it should be tomorrow or Thursday for the forwarder.

Cmon guys i know yall are getting inpatient but you gotta understand that its a preorder and u should feel lucky its haze and not some other company who just take your money and never reapond or just feed lies..im sure they are working their rears off to get us our haze..

There is never an excuse to not comunicate with your customers. Period.

Haze has been nothing short of transparent and communicative. If you're just making a blanket statement, fine. Figured it should be mentioned shortly after your post so there's no confusion

I found it after searching around for an answer about why they have not responded to my e mails or updated me on the status of my order. That is not communicative. That is not transparent. There is no excuse for not notifiying of delays via the contact information they requested I give them, it is very easy to send an e mail to a large group. This would not be acceptable in any business and it shouldnt be here either. That being said, I understand they are a small business, which I work in as well, and it sounds like they have had a hell of a time with things that were not in their control, so I sympathize. But I stand by the fact that they should be contacting their customers directly when there is a delay. They also should not make additional promises they cant keep over and over and over. I understand it sounds like they are working double time to catch up and I appreciate that, but the fact remains.

My point is, be flexible, Haze is. You seem to want the red carpet rolled out for you. Just be patient. I bet good money Haze is more focused on getting out their merchandise to be able to resume to their normal volume of operations.

Have more real expectations.

I have the same expectations of others that I give to my customers personally. My biggest complaint is not sending an e mail notifying of the delays with a realistic timeframe or at least updates as new delays come up. Additionally I would expect when I e mail a company that they can get back to me within a month, they have not. That seems very far from unrealistic expectations. Clearly you have your oppinion and I have mine, and that is okay.

FWIW: Haze support on here and via Facebook has been nothing short of prompt, courteous and transparent. I reached out to the Facebook account before I officially registered here and they got back to me within 12 hours. I've had larger companies make me wait a lot longer.

I think the company could have perhaps managed expectations a little better due to pent-up demand, but it's readily apparent that there were issues outside of the company's control. Also, to be fair, their service rep said that pre-orders would start shipping after inventory arrived in late March or early April. That's pretty much the exact time frame that's gone down. (Haze received inventory in early April and, true to the company's word, started shipping thereafter.)

I get that it might be frustrating to not have a new toy, and I certainly would not be thrilled if customer service was straight-up ignoring me. But given Haze's track record, that kind of inaction seems like an outlier.

@Nousernamesleft001 . I totally appreciate what you are saying.
They shouldn’t assume every person who preorders frequents FC.
However, now that you’ve found FC, and have a better understanding of what the hold up is, hopefully that will alleviate your worries.
And, now that you have found us, I hope you stick around and see what this community is all about. I guarantee you will learn a few things and likely get a bad case of VAS (Vape Acquisition Syndrome).
On the bright side, had this holdup of shipment never happened, you wouldn’t have stumbled on FC!
Welcome to the community. In no time you will have vape in hand and forget this ever happened.
