Almost there...
My Hopper has worked pretty flawlessly since the day it arrived.
There have been a few issues here and there but nothing to warrant an RMA yet!
I contribute this fact to my new cleaning regime!
Today was "DEEP CLEAN" of the Hopper!
It has been on the verge of giving me some slight issues again...
Sometimes no vapor on the first click and then second click BOOM instant vapor, sometimes quick cop lights and then to red or blue again... No real rhyme or reason...And nothing to quantify what my lights mean.
What i have been doing is just using my Hopper as i would a normal vape, as in charge, load and vape and swab out chamber. What is recommended...Unfortunately this "normal" vaping routine may not be beneficial to your Hopper!
What i have NOT been doing is my newly discovered cleaning routine!
Unfortunately this new routine takes some time, usually about 30 minutes or so depending on batteries etc...
My routine:
Set hopper on charge overnight as well as any spare batteries should be charged and ready to go.
Next morning assemble Hopper with an EMPTY oven and set on temp 5.
Use a WATER TOOL, this is very important as it gives you extra suction power!!
Once temp is reached, gently inhale for as long as you can. A nice gentle stream of bubbles.
Click off Hopper and exhale into a light.
Continue doing this until NO MORE vapor can be seen on an exhale.
I will usually go through at least 3 batteries till i get no more vapor.
After this "Deep Clean" my Hopper performs like a BEAST, just like it was new!
Where does this vapor come from??? It must be those disgusting contacts that seem to accumulate gunk just under the internal screen!
I urge anyone with a Hopper to try this and report back if it improves performance!
After my cleaning cycle all light issues go away and only return again after heavy use and no Deep Clean.
