Lately I've had a thing for Wise brand "food truck" special edition potato chips. The 2 flavors are Mackin Cheese and Grilled Cheeseburger. Don't knock it till you've tried it!

I just tell my echo dot to play my old school reggae pandora station and that does it for me.

Well I am officially addicted to peanut butter! It goes with just about everything:

Baked potatoes, cooled and spread with coconut oil and peanut butter, with cinammon and cayenne mixed into the coconut oil underneath.

Home baked chickpea bread and baked white sweet potato, with coconut oil and peanut butter all over, fave spices mixed in (cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric and cayenne).
And even:

Spread over baked white sweet potatoes with organic beef mince, brocoli and suaerkraut.
So that is my ketchup around here lol- good old organic peanut butter.

I also love my tahini, and as you can see, Im rather fond of coconut oil and spices. Not to mention sweet potatoes, another favorite staple around here.
All very yummy, luxurious grub which is 100% wholesome, unrefined and savoury, yet satisfies you like a scrumptious desert. I hope you enjoyed.

Oh I forgot- I am rather partial to my old school happy and hardcore and jungle breakbeat of the early 90's.

In the last decade i am enjoying mainly Sludge and Stoner Doom.I dont might the stoner/desert rock either.. This is music made by stoners meant for stoners ,and therefore is the greatest to me.Below of two of my favorites .

I like to munch on some jalapeno cheddar doritos sometimes after a vape session sometimes, but usually its ice cream and sweet treats haha.

Some good classic rock is always nice, that or some new age funk or almost anything in between if it has a good sound to match my mood.
