Let's put it in perspective- anyone who has ever bought a single bottle of Naked Juice has knowingly consumed a product that contains conventionally grown fruit, with whatever pesticide residues that come along for the ride.
But now all of a sudden, because some of it may have contained a GMO ingredient, with let's be honest here, no definite health effects, it's like you were swallowing poison all this time?
To me, that's not much different than drinking Pepsi and finding out it contained some artificial ingredient. No one said it was health food.
I buy almost all organic food, and avoid GMOs by principle. But when I eat at a restaurant, or drink a Naked Juice as I have many times over the last several years, I'm not under any illusions that what I'm consuming is pure and natural.
I realize the lawsuit and much of the anger has to do with false claims, but like I started with- put it into perspective....
