Well, it looks like no one will be getting a check anytime soon. This is a copy and paste from an email I sent to them asking them when checks might be going out:


Please be advised that an appeal to the Settlement has been filed. This will delay full implementation of the Settlement, including any monetary benefits to be paid to approved claimants, until all appeals are resolved in favor of the Settlement.

Well fuck Naked then. I haven't bought their garbage since I caught wind of this, and certainly won't after this latest chicanery. I have spread the word to friends and family about what a deceitful company this is. Thanks for the update Vicki.

Was hoping they would be interested in redeeming their credibility/image with their customers. Instead they chose to lawyer up and stonewall them. They've shown where their true interests lie.

Yeah, on the bottom of the check, they explained the reduced amount is because of the large amount of claims.
