I'm just hangin' in a lot of pain watching the Indy 500. Looks like it might be a good day for Andretti racing.I hope everyone is doing ok!
The specific mechanism(s) by which apremilast exerts its therapeutic action in psoriatic arthritis patients is not well defined.
Rest and Vape , post surgeries best medicine -feel betterI hope everyone is doing ok!
I am in a lot more pain today. No nausea or vomiting, I just don't feel good. Will probably stay in bed a couple more days.

I really need a new drug, the Stelara just isn't functional for my arthritis symptoms any more. Skin is looking ok though.
Oh, I forgot, the FDA just approved Otezla (apremilast) so I may have a new drug soon
This is what she looks like, sexy eh?
I LOVE how they say this:
Translation: We don't know how the fuck this drug really works, or what it really may do to you . . .
Why me?
Then again . . . why not . . .
Hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend . . .
Sorry to hear that bro it's never a good thing when we have to part with our pet's "family members"I wish u and pancho the best. I have laid on the floor of veterans office crying like a school girl one to many times. It's really hard to see them go but at least there at peace and no more suffering.I just found out yesterday that my remaining dog Pancho has terminal cancer and needs to be put down. Some of you may remember that her sister Lefty passed over the winter. Pancho has been trying to die for years now for unknown reasons, but the cancer is a new thing. I was hoping to give her this one last summer, had all of her meds lined up but now it's looking like she only has a week or two left.
Pancho was the true runt of a 15-dog litter, and would not have survived it without her big sister Lefty. She had ptsd because of it but she survived, and may have outlived all of her siblings so runt's revenge. I will surely miss her like I do her sister but we have my cat Cosmo and he's in his prime.
I will keep her as comfortable as possible with painkillers and the other medicine she was already on. When her matching canvas duffel bag arrives we will put her in it, take Lefty out of the freezer and bury them together. Their graves are already dug, it's a very nice spot overlooking a lake.

Pancho(r) with Lefty by the lake
and that is true. however, fibro is a qualifying condition in WA, I believe. maybe it's just the intractable pain part of it.I was diagnosed with fibro once. It's not a disease so much as a collection of symptoms,
and a checklist for doctors to go by for disability payments.
If you're not eligible for disability, then there's really no point in going after the diagnosis imo.
I am somewhat confused at this picture @mvapes, are you growing an upside down ear on your thigh and needing a good ol hedge trimming OR are you holding the camera upside-down ?
I believe that is his knee, so it is easy to orient yourself from there. :-)I am somewhat confused at this picture @mvapes, are you growing an upside down ear on your thigh and needing a good ol hedge trimming OR are you holding the camera upside-down ?
@Vicki, this isn't your first rodeo with this so you know how the pain can come and go. Just rest and try to keep ahead of the pain. And don't forget to ice it.
