Hi guys, here, will answer all the messages shortly and hopefully all the questions below. Had a family day yesterday...
In general, I tend to make "robots" if you will, which perform such tasks over a certain period of time and show any weakness, so I can talk about most things with confidence, one can never be 100% as there's always the human factor (me). I would love to see how this actually performs in real life situations. So I say, if you want to "scratch it clean", please, go ahead, if it does indeed scratch, I will send an oven module free of charge, it's a pretty straightforward job installing it.
We are doing things manually atm (Working on automatizations for the whole process as well as the automated checkout, but as I have stated earlier, we are a few weeks away from that being fully implemented), so mistakes can and will happen inevitably.
I have mistakenly opened your emails when tinkering and Maja missed them, hence, she did not reply.
I have never asked anyone to pay, let alone pay F&F, I thanked the guys who did on their own as a good gesture towards us, that is all.
Anyone is eligible for a refund at any time, even for up to 2 weeks after purchase, there is no issue with this.
Hope all is cool though, your order can be shipped on Tuesday as agreed. I apologize for making you (or anyone else) feel left behind, but this will exclusively be down to a honest mistake and not any ill intentions.
I also owe a thank you to a member I did not acknowledge, who went through the trouble to point out a spelling mistake in the user manual. I didn't answer on time and now I can't seem to find the post, but in any case, thank you for taking the time to pint this out, if you see this.
Good point about scratching the oven, although the Rockwell hardness of our oven surpasses the hardness of stainless steel, maybe, if you pressed hard enough, enough times, some marks may form, maybe. As it also has some conduction as advertised could be an appropriate term. So scraching it clean ( as I tend to do unconsciously with some of my chambers over months given the result) should be avoided

I owe you an apology and an explanation. Btw, I have answered your message from yesterday here and Maja answered to the email from Friday this morning.im kind of getting pissed off about this “company”. I ordered day one, even paid full price, no discount. I have heard NOTHING since. Ghosted as soon as they got my money. I have emailed multiple times, contacted the dude here thru DMs and NOTHING. zero response, zero shipping notice etc. im about to just do a damn chargeback.
This guy wants us to use “friends and family” too, so we have zero recourse. i’m glad i didnt and paid the extra fee. I dont really care about the time it’s taking but the ghosting of an early adopter who put his faith in this project is unacceptable.

Well, you did ask enough times lol. Seriously, thank you for wanting this that much, thank you for the positive energy! And apologies, but Maja was stretched out thin so EU orders (Which I said would be delayed) come last to get invoices. With that said, you can expect yours later tonight as well as other EU customers in the following day or two, everything will be covered and well in time for shipping.Anyone from EU get their invoice yet?
Maybe they still did not send them or they are fullfilling orders from the webstore first?
