OK Members, I am getting requests from members that want to help, but don’t need the glass... The point is only one person can donate to the mods and seems like many want to....

OK. I guess I can warehouse it if anybody wants to just donate a few bucks to the mods for dinner.
I ask one thing. Make sure you PM @vtac the amount you are sending me so there is a paper trail and everyone knows what happened to it aka this is what happens.

  • You PM VTAC the amount
  • You send me that amount via paypal at philip {at} kuglin {dot} net - yes that is me, my name, please don’t hunt me down, kill me because you have GAS. Just wait, my stage 4 cancer may beat you :) I live by karma so I am not worried :)
  • VTAC keeps a tally of the amount.
  • After the auction, I take all the donations - paypal fees + $75 (my match) and gift to VTAC off-line through paypal (no fees). VTAC verifies the truthfulness of my actions and comments back here :) Auction winner can also pay me if they want. Then all goes to VTAC who shares with the mods....


Now the membership requests pictures of the dinners (faces can be BLACKED OUT) :)

Sounds good to me as long as everyone who participates is comfortable. We've never asked for donations here, so I'd like to make it clear that this will be going 100% to the moderators, excluding myself. I'm afraid that a group dinner isn't likely to happen as all 6 of us live in different states/countries, but I'm certain that the proceeds and spirit of this will be very much appreciated by all. :)

Perhaps... may I challenge you for said room? First one to pass out from vaping too much loses? For the sake of fairness, I'll be the one loading our vapes. Don't worry, I promise I won't add a huge glob of oil to your vapes in some sort of attempt to get you to pass out first :tup:

I see the seeds of a great idea here.

But I'd like to talk to vtac about this first.


Plus, this is really a thread about charity. Let's not de-rail it.



Please bid on the glassware.

Or if glassware is not your need/thing/whatever, think about donating to the paypal as a way to say "Thank You" for everything we all take for granted that the mods do in the rest of our rock's trip around our local star....

Wow members getting more and more gifts from members, awesome. Make sure VTAC gets this info also to keep a tally. Helps me also to get everything right. A second set of eyes is always helpful especially with my meds...
