Mincing organic ginger and garlic for this extra firm,crispy Bok Choy. Some Tamari Lite, and a single tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil is all it will take to make this into a real delight!
Leafy Greens are important but folks don't get nearly enough. There is a good variety out there to choose from, all inexpensive and easy to eat raw or prepare many ways.
