So, my wife makes overnight oats. In the mornings after the workout, it's a great easy breakfast.
I add AVB. We call it Flying Oats, or occasionally, FLOATS.
So basically you can use any overnight oats recipe to fit your dietary needs, but here's what I like:
All measurements are eyeballed, modify to your taste.
1 cup oats
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup cream (or half n half)
A dash of cinnamon
Drop all that in a container (i use small mason jars), cover, shake, and place in fridge over night.
When you're ready to eat it, add:
1/2 banana
Strawberries
Blueberries
Crushed walnuts
As little or as much AVB as you want
Stick a spoon in, and mix.
Enjoy the flight
