Wow .. F-BOMB is sooooooooo expensive. Isn't there a cheaper alternative that does the work? I'm looking for the same kind of thing that Flowermate is to the competition (cheap and does a good job).

sure. go to dhgate and search for pinnacle pro. somehow they won't show you any products, but below in the "Other items you might be interested in" list you will find them. if you can't see them, search again until they pop up.
however, I can't vouch for their quality. I have one and it's not nearly as good as my original f-bomb, qulity wise, but it gets the job done.

yes they don't look bad on the pics, however they are significant smaller and not as fine crafted. some(!) of the airslits are way too high and I nearly have to fill it completely, and that restricts the airflow a lot and there is a fair chance you will suck in some water. but maybe that's just mine.

Before you buy, double check with the guys on the cheap glass thread, they'll know which PNP/fbomb knock off won't get water on your mouth (many are too small). I believe sunshine store has a good one, and they also have the ash catch you linked above, I bought that one from them and its perfect

I was keen on finding something like in the video above. Newb thinking here but anything bigger/longer in size does a better job of cooling the vapor.

I had one more question. I saw a couple of complete percolators / ash catchers / bubblers in the Sunshine Store but most of them have a 18.8 mm entry point (like this one http://www.dhgate.com/store/product/d020-t-glass-water-pipe-with-honeycomb-disk/187214376.html).
My question was: Do you think, from your experience, that the silicone mouth piece from the Flowermate Vapormax V will fit in the 18.8 hole or do I need the narrower 14.5 one ?

@llamaman001 : I got two in transit, should be there on monday hopefully, I'll post a review later but I imagine there won't be much to report. At least I'll be able to do a side by side comparison with the previous version, I'll tell you if I find any difference.

At my advanced stage of life I should have accepted that "user error" is the usual reason that I have trouble with tech toys. I have modified my technique and am currently keeping score of my clouds off one load. Currently on 20. OM and indeed G! And then there's the battery life. Which is nice.
I offer a full retraction. One needs to sip not chug.

I like my two Flowermates so much I just got in on the Massdrop for a 3rd. With two you have the luxury of letting one cool down and then charge while you use the other, or you just forget to charge it. If one stops working for some reason it would feel like I am overworking my last one. I figure it is just a matter of time before I need that 3rd and I wanted that glass mouthpiece anyway.
