I've got a Flowermate Vapormax and I think it's great.

I like the look of the new one with temperature control and the glass mouth piece but I will wait to hear some reviews before I order one.


To the people who said their silicone mouth piece has a strong smell/taste, I soaked mine in a small mason jar with one teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda and enough hot water to cover the mouth piece and soaked it for a few hours.
After that I got a cotton bud/q tip and dried it on inside and out then attached the metal screw bit back on.
No bad smell or taste what so ever :D

By the way, what kind of plug has the charger they shipped to you?

If it's American (110V), does it work with an adapter in the 220V European wall sockets?

The charger is switching and came with a EURO plug adapter, so it should work at either voltage. Also the charger is super small, you could almost carry it in your pocket, it's cool.

Should I pay before he has accepted the sales contract or after?

I already received the Paypal invoice, but i don't know if I should be paying now or not.

Bah don't worry and go on, there are several layers of buyer protection in place anyways.

I contacted Smiss directly tonight to get a quote for a couple 5S's. I asked if they can send them via China Post Registered Air Mail, because with DHL in my country I always get customs taxes.

I'm ordering one for a friend and the other will be for me, as a backup should one of my two daily drivers fail (I can't keep the gf's FM forever!)

hi everyone ,,, acturally Flowermate Vapormax V have advanced verison with 3 temperature adjusting function. that is cool thing that you never have it... later we will release more item soon...

Yeah, DHL usually has issues with customs, but I adverted the guy on Vnice that he has to declare the vaulue of the product under 26USD or 20EUR.

But what about the sales contract, do you remember if you payed first before he had agreed on it, or after?

No I don't remember that detail, this is why I told you to not bother! :) It will be fine.

And no, I asked him to declare a lower value too, but 1) he said he would but he didn't 2) the bastards at DHL computed the customs taxes on the grand total (that is device+DHL shipping fees) So really try to make him use China Post registered instead.

I just received this message from Smiss asking for the 2nd generation of the Vapormax V

50USD for shipping to Spain is a FUCKING LOT, considering that it costs 24.5 with Vnice.

I alredy told them that and asked what would be the cost with Chinapost airmail.




UPDATE​
Smiss now tells me they ship it for 38 USD with TNT. The high cost is because they have trouble with the delivery agencies

Are you sure Flower wasn't just talking about the 5.0 with glass mp and updated logo? I asked if she had a vapormax with 3 temp settings and she said no, just the G3

I spoke to Flower yesterday (great to deal with!) and she didn't seem to know about the new Vapormax V with temp controls but referred to the G3 for a unit with temp controls.

If this is really from Smiss then it is frustrating. Either they do not read the thread or the rules, or they choose to ignore them. I just explained why the manufacturer isn't yet approved to post here. If any of you are in direct touch with them, please explain that making yet another account is not the way to participate here.

You are right, later he confirmed that the only new thing was the logo and the crystal mouthpiece.

I finally bought the old version fro 78 USD = 60 EUR totals.

I hope everything goes as expected and I won't have problems with customs. Already told the guys at Vnice a thousand times that the declared value is very important.

I don't know yet, they're shipping mine soon.

Probably says e-cig or something like that, but probably in a small invoice.

Ok guys, I got the confirmation that you can have the 3 temp settings 5S version directly from Smiss (and it also has the glass straw and new logo).

But no matter how hard I try, they refuse to use a slow courrier and keep telling me TNT + false value declaration is the best they can do.

I'm waiting for my friend's confirmation that he's willing to take the risk and I'll launch my order... meanwhile I'm gonna do a small bowl in the gf's FlowerMate!

I ordered the new advanced flowermate 2 days ago through Smiss and it was sent out yesterday and should arrive (if customs doesn't give me problems) here in the U.S by Monday (that is the scheduled delivery date on the UPS tracking).

When I was given the tracking info I was told they had to switch delivery methods because DHL doesn't accept e-cig related products anymore because of a fire that an e-cig caused last week. ._.

I will report back once I receive it!

Who did you talk to at Smiss? I would like to look them up. Alibaba still seems to be in the dark, Flower says they still only have the single temp, glass mouthpiece version.

Update on my package: It arrived to the U.S with no problems, and should be delivered on Monday!
The Smiss rep I talked to declared a false value on the 4 flowermate's I ordered, and they seem to have made it through just fine! :)
