While I do think the Flower Mate is a good vape, it does not perform even close to Inhalater products or the PN Pro. The taste and cloud production is definitely lacking compared to those vapes.

Friend bought one after I tried to get him to buy the solo for 30 bucks more (flea bay TRUE AUTHORIZED dealer) 130.00 to the door, vapomax was 100 to the door. I came over with the solo and we did a shoot out. Not bashing the little unit, its stealth and when they were 1st around 60 bucks I would say buy 2 but now at a 100 bucks the Solo amazed him and milked up big cans (combustion pieces,not vape style at all) with ease and it was a bake sale for him. Ordered the Solo and put that VAPOMAX in the drawer and said, "back up and lender unit status now". I hit it and it worked well but no Solo and I am more of a cloud chaser and this didnt do that well in that dept, the vapomax couldnt milk the can, more of a faint cloud,wispy. With out warranty and no temp setting,why bother
,spend the extra 30 bucks and buy a great reputable unit with warranty and be done.
Like I said at 60 bucks its a great disposable to take on vay-cay and when getting on the plane, off to the trash can and heres my boarding pass Mr TSB cop, lets roll

I have a solo and a mlfb. I was disappointed first, vapor production is comparable to the mlfb , not the solo.
I'm reading that after a few sessions, the unit gets a little hotter somehow, maybe then it's comparable to the solo, now it's like the solo on 2 or 3. (I prefer 5)
conclusion:
it does it's job well, it's not a solo but a decent vape. stealth wise I think it's stealthier than the solo , and it fits in a pocket looking like a cell phone.
I was trying to get a black mouthpiece but no one is sending to Europe......
so I mailed vapefiend , here is the answer I got:
"We should have the black mouthpieces in about 2-3 weeks. We will also have glass mouthpieces at that time."

taste is better, better use of the weed, and when you get used to it and remove that stupid ceramicscreen it produces clouds! I used to set my inhalater at around 8 and I set my PNP to 3, my davinci to 400 etc and this unit tastes better than all except the davinci. Last night I had a bowl got about 15 hits then said fuck it and switxhed to my pax, I nearly choked due to the harsness of the vape compared to the flowermate.
Im thinkin of selling the davinci and PnP now as I just wont use em enough again. The davinci uses way too much weed btw in order to get a decent vape.
ill give it a few months and see what the life of the unit is, but even if it only lasts 6 months, for 100 $ thats twice or 3 times as good as the inhalater (which is still my fav but the price in no way is justifiable for the childish build quality and shitty reliability)

I dont think it will break in,but the 100 dollar price tag just makes it not that attractive and my buds has been put thru the paces and the verdict is its not a very efficient vape. His never got hotter
,we took the ABV from a load from it and put it in the Solo and grabbed another 5 pulls of thick vapor,so due to low heat,you cant expect efficiency as with hotter vapes. To each his/her own, Im just not into wispy hits,I wanna huge rips of thick vapor that when I exhale it, the room gets a bit darker 
from the fog coming out of my lungs...YMMV...

Probably 2-3 weeks of daily usage now with use of 10gs in it. My observations so far:
1) First things first - Everyone is super helpful on this forum. It's incredible. VapeDr has been incredibly helpful. Mucho gracias.
2) Small burn in period for me. Better on 4th - 5th day.
3) Not the most efficient. I still only getting 5-10 ok hits (not thick clouds but viewable) and then 5 poor hits, waiting 30 seconds between draws. I can't get decent cloud unless I wait 30+ seconds between draws. There are some people like above who can get 30-40 hits from one chamber with 30 good clouds with only 5-10 secs between draws. Clouds are better than the pax and probably more efficient than the pax. I dont have another portable to compare it to. My standing Q tower Arizer is more efficient. It might be the flowers/cookies but I am accessing the best I can. The lip on the thing falls off all the time. But it pops back in.
4) Even with all of the above, it has become my daily driver (I have Arizer, Pax (not functioning), several water pieces). Maybe because I'm lazy. It's super easy to use. It's not super hot. It's convenient. It's portable. I'm tempted to buy another to see if it gets any better but I'm pretty broke so I will wait and hope the price doesn't increase. It's totally worth trying. Everyone but the thickest cloud chasers will be satisfied even if it only performs 50% of its potential.

I have found that replacing the silicon tip with a glass stem (I use the davinci ascent stem) produces a better tasting, less harsh vapor.
Still not as smooth as my ascent, but it works well for the price I paid.

I understand your fondness for it due to its stealthiness, but once again,this is only my opinion,I dont vape in public,never felt the need and dont live in a legal state,so due to that I LOVE MY FREEDOM and dont want to spend time defending my bunghole from booty bandits in the joint,if you get my drift!! once again good luck with the vape and hopefully it will offer you miles of smiles, but Im gonna stick to the Solo. YMMV

IMO This is the best entry level vaporizer that has come out so far, for the price & the functionality.
To compare the vapormax to the SOLO is just silly IMO.
The SOLO is on another level. Yes it is much better, I agree.
I am just glad flowermate made the Vapormax, and it works as well as it does . Especially for the price.
This is the best vaporizer to get combusters to start vaping because of its simplicity.
It's a great place to start without breaking the bank.
Also being the first dry herb vape from SMISS, I'm sure they are working on other ones because this one was such a hit.
I can't wait to see what else SMISS has in store for the future.

Absolutely! SMISS did a wonderful thing by getting a vaporizer out on the market that is affordable to everyone and works extremely well!
I am grateful to them for that.
I got 7 of my friends to stop combusting with the vapormax because of affordability and ease of use.
Things can only get better from SMISS since they nailed their first dry herb vaporizer.

Its great to pull out a vape around a bunch of old school combusters, and they were so impressed at the simplicity they purchased them.
It's nice to have a inexpensive vape that is easy to clean, heats up in 30 seconds or less, and gets me perfectly medicated.
IMO the temperature setting is perfect for most anyone, and I'm lovin the light. Super convenient in many ways.
I can't wait to see what SMISS has in store for the next model.

I understand Doc, but its not that cheap @ 100 bucks.Like I said 130 price tag for Solo by a authorized dealer is just to good to pass up. The 30 dollar difference seems to be the better investment on a better product. To each his own is where its at .Every one has their fav's and the Vapormax seems to fit a lot of peeps choice.I bought a 2nd Solo which has even more improvements done to it for a back up.I wanted one of the Vapormax but when I wanted to pull the trigger they were already up to 100 bucks and no warranty, non glass air path,(possible safety issues with composites used), sub par build, no temp control. For 50 bucks when they 1st came out ,they were a great bang for the buck. I think that they will greatly improve (I hope) and from there I will evaluate a newer model, but best bang for the buck? hardly, different levels of vape ? Home or portable I understand, and basically what you are getting for your $$ is what makes sales and if your wanting best bang for the buck Vapormax is not the answer.
I dont see much for the 100 bucks. Solo throw it on 4 and load a bowl, connect it to the crucible and your taxing down the runway in a few minutes of very tasty vapor that IMO blows the little Smiss unit out of the water......YMMV

I think yall are waiting to long in between draws. I draw on mine just like a joint, I hit it, hold it, and cough a little so maybe Im only waiting about 10 seconds in between draws? Waiting 30 seconds in between draws is far too much, not only is it burning up your bud, its going to make it taste like shit as well.
I really love this vape and for those of you still buying it at 100, if you have the patience and watch the ebay auctions you can still easily pick one up for 50-70 bucks shipped.

Ok, I hear what your saying, but if you look harder, they are under $75 dollars shipped on Ebay and can be had for around $60 shipped on DHGate.
They carry a 1 year warranty, they are completely safe inside, it is extremely durable, super long battery life, simple to clean, and its at the perfect temp for a one temp setting for newbies IMO.
This is an entry level vape, not a SOLO, Indica, PAX, etc....
IMO it is a great little vape, and I think its unfair to criticize something you don't own or know much about. What other (decent) vapes can be had for less than $75?
I love my SOLOs. Yes, the SOLO performs way better, (as do tons of other vapes), but comparing the 2 are apples to oranges.
Would you compare a MFLB to a SOLO? They are roughly the same price.
But that's just my opinion.

My girlfriends flowermate led is dead.. No more light in the bowl ... Anyone else encountered that problem.. It doesn't maim the functions though... I thing it even runs hotter now.
