Put nail and dome on. Vapor goes down the down stem. Water/vapor goes up the chamer and around the spiral and the water goes back down the long tube. Sorry if im explaining it bad.

Yes; this is a recycler. My best guess would be to put your water to the bottom of the recycler joint in the lower chamber.

Picked up my first real rig. Thoughts on it? One of my buddies told my it was a recycler? Is this correct?
It has a simple downstem with 4 holes at the bottom for diffusion. The downstem is slighty lower the the "recylcer" hole. How much water should i put in it?
Yep, it's a recycler.
Ideally the return tube for the water should be lower than the percolator; I would watch out for pulling your vapor up the down tube.

Ya that's what i was seeing on a whole bunch of videos. I havem't really had any vapor travel up the down tube as of yet. I have water to the middle of the ball of the very left.(if that makes any sense) The part where you put the nail.
Thanks again for all the help. Just trying to experiment with water levels. It was kind of to good to pass kind of deal.

Thank you. Was pretty cheap so I thought why not. Has a little more drag than I'd like due to the downstem being under the recycler down tube. But for the price I have no complaints.
