Two months in, and my FW3 still amazes me with how little product produces such big, flavorful clouds!
I have bumped the temp ranges up 4 clicks, and this (for now) is my sweet spot.
Temp 1- I can control my exhale cloudage with my draw speed, depending on how
stealth I need to be. Very nice option when in public.
Temp 2- is where I like to start out for typical temp step session.
Temp 3- is used for temp step session, or start here when I have less time.
Temp 4- completes all sessions, or start here for thee ol punch to the noggin,
this is becoming my favorite way to use this device!
I use a primer puff, wait 4 seconds, followed by a long slow draw for Temps 1&2.
For me, no wait is required on Temps 3&4, IMO flavor is compromised if I wait especially when starting out on these temps.
With all temps, I'll (primer) puff hard, then start a long slow draw increasing draw speed as heater heats up.
@little maggie try slowing down your draw speed, the heater can be overwhelmed with too much airflow. If you start with too strong of a draw, the heater will never catch up, resulting in wispy vapor at best. Have you tried bumping up the temp ranges?
