No need to blame XMAX (cn company). It's all about the design and QC.
so I only blame YLLVAPE for this mistake but frankly I’ve had issues with xmax products even. It’s not even a I hate the product I love some of the Chinese products that have come out. It’s more just comes down to trust at this point id much rather spend the money on a company based in a country with consumer laws over China where the government doesn’t care and they know they can get away with doing this to their customers.

Pretty sure he said Yllvape, not XMAX. Yllvape would be the ones with the design and QC problems, no..?
This just YLLVAPE no problems with Xmax just wish the company would’ve helped me out but frankly I barely use it and will just keep as a backup to my solo3

General Disaster

Schrödinger's rat!
Get a venty or get a rogue just stay away from anything sold from china they'll screw you because they can get away with it.
It's one thing to vent against a named company, but to diss a whole country full of manufacturers is discrimination, and inaccurate to boot.
There are some excellent Chinese companies producing very high quality machined products at very competitive prices.
All countries have shit companies that exploit their customers.

If it’s my money I feel that I can absolutely not buy from any company or country I choose because that’s the freedom of choice. As for others I can’t speak for them but for me personally I won’t be using any Chinese Dry herb vape manufacturers too much risk. I’ve seen it most of them have silicone parts are using batteries or stuff. I mean how can you guarantee these manufacturers products when they aren’t even using the devices. In China you go to prison for consumption nobody is using them there. Again it’s a trend I’ve seen in lot of Chinese vapes they cut corners. I don’t want a vape with cut corners. It’s not all of them but it’s a lot of it bc they know they can get away with it the government will do nothing.

I used to be a big supporter of them btw this is from experience and using multiple vapes talking to Chinese companies I’ve came to that conclusion. But it’s for everybody to figure out on their own.

Ive tried to get mine replaced through yllvape but they completely ghosted me. Definitely a shady company, in saying this they are the reason I will never use Chinese vape products. I dont condone anybody using them. Get a venty or get a rogue just stay away from anything sold from china they'll screw you because they can get away with it.

Rogue is manufactured by Weecke in China too... It is a factory rebrand though so you only deal with Healthy Rips however (not sure but I thought Venty etc was also manufactured abroad not in Germany)

Of course you're free to make whatever choice you like, and share an opinion, just as others are free to share their own views that that opinion is just broadly discriminatory (needlessly or misguidedly perhaps)

That’s really my main stance now if people from the company aren’t using the product I don’t want it. Who would want to buy a product not even the company uses? Idk many ppl that would🤷‍♂️

Yes that is not an uncommon stance, regarding Chinese manufacturers and retailers, regardless of the quality... However a rebrand reseller would likely be using the products in their own country at least

yea testing is light on all vape models including S and B's current owners. Venty was and still software buggy from the release, and arizer solo3 battery charger random failure. it not just china.

Yeah, those are big issues too, but how I see it is an electrical issue isn’t something that’s going to affect your health like a material issue does except that one Venti that melted😂😭 yeah I think companies like X max are fine and I definitely have a place in our industry. It all comes down to . I’m pissed at YLLVAPE for screwing me on a replacement when I was nothing but patient. just made me sketched out ig… Again tho I see your point they aren’t all bad

Did you purchase directly from them? If not, I think the approach is to go back to the retailer that you bought it from. That’s what I did.

No the person I bought it from partially screwed me over. I got 2nd hand they had two of them and didn't know which one it is. Then gave me a hard time about getting a receipt and everything. I explained that to the company and told them Id open it to show the fiber glass do whatever needed. Was patient over months and they ghosted me. I really vouched for the company originally to so at the end of the day it was money saved to them screwing me over. It should be fixed no matter what because there is most likely fiberglass in it there is no justification for using that material and then trying to cover it up. Make it right or stop sales.

I think you are being unreasonable. I am not at all surprised that they declined to replace it in that case. You are blaming the wrong party. The person you bought it from TOTALLY screwed you over, not YLL Vape. That is just the nature of buying things on the secondhand market.

I still have my original AE as they were giving replacements without requiring the return of the old one. What is to stop me from giving the old one to a friend and having them claim a second replacement unit etc etc. The replacement units all have a serial number that the original units lacked. I will guess that this is exactly why, but of course I don't know.

It should be fixed no matter what because there is most likely fiberglass in it there is no justification for using that material and then trying to cover it up. Make it right or stop sales.

YLL Vape did stop sales. They do not sell the original with the questionable insulation. Just because you have one does not mean that whoever you bought it from has not already claimed the replacement. Perhaps that is why they did not want to give you a receipt? Think.
