FakeXhale Cloud (Unauthorized and Unsupported)

He didn't send me a tracking number until I opened a case with Ebay and the unit was basically hours from being delivered.
I believe the same happened to other members, he didn't send notification until it was a day away from delivery.

Been running mine at full temp about 6 hours a day for the last two weeks. I'm a high temp vaper so I'm going to keep running it at max when I use it till it dies. I'll let everyone knows how long it lasts.

But thanks to this fakexhale ill 100% be replacing it with an evo when it dies

Well that is good to know. Mines been going strong long enough that I don't remember how long it has been.

But I have been super paranoid. Turn on vape, turn off shelf. I don't want it to die. Never higher than the 2 hash mark. Holidays it was on a bit longer. I was victimized several times by the auto shut off.

I go max temp, then back to back auto shutoffs all night from when I get home till I pass out. We will see

I also just invested in the new generation Belkin WeMo Insight. I didn't have the old WeMo so I can't speak about any improvements, but at least it will cycle my Cloud+ for me like clockwork on the hour.

Turn off shelf? And 2 hash mark =2 o'clock?

Eh I'm so pleased with the 5-10 min start time I don't cAre. It takes my EQ forever to warm up, that is why it was always on.

Yoyokid1 told me that they're out of stock and they're expecting more at the end of the week.
I also got this same message from Yoyokid. This is a bit of a bummer. I'm still using my $40 Infamous Bubbler and I was already waiting on the Evo (especially excited to have a Hydratube) and now I'm waiting on this as well :lol:. Not complaining because these deals are great. I'm just so GASeous at the moment.

Edit: Sorry if this post is OT, but I don't care too much for the topic TBH (I'm not saying it's good or bad, I just have a Cloud and an EVO on the way so this isn't for me). There was discussion of the VB WTs here so I thought I'd chime in.

Let me preface and say I've sold many things on ebay before.

Assuming it will take longer to send to UK for him since he isnt a power seller and probably needs to go to the PO to do the shipping directly. (Noted by his star level)

Also you need to consider some buyers wait for payment to clear before processing handling. Seeing the track record from this thread, its safe to say the seller isnt a scammer and maybe EU Credit Cards take longer to clear. I think by asking for a special request prior to shipping you may have inadvertently increased your ship time as well. GL with the ticket, but it sounds like buyers remorse than an issue with the actual seller. I would have asked the seller to cancel the order than raise a ticket. I believe the seller can still resolve the "issue" and close the ticket. Rendering you responsible for payment.

Thanks for the insight, I appreciate this but im not comfortable paying more of my money to cover shipping back to him (which was substantial to the UK - £30) for a faulty unit. Please correct me if im wrong but is it not the sellers responsibility to cover shipping for faulty goods? Anyway, all I wanted was a replacement unit for the DOA and to get it sorted quickly. He failed to do this (he asked for a photo of the unit turned on after 15 mins and would send shipping labels so the item could be returned which he got instantly, that was 4 days ago and wanted this before Xmas as it is a gift) so he gets a case against him.

Never had a problem on Ebay so this is all very new to me and further insight is always welcomed!

Not a single reply from the seller yet...

Don't really want to open a dispute up, just want a response and where to send the thing!

Seller's feedback is down to 91.3% with 5 total negative comments, 4 from people who purchased these Fakers with a best offer deal - maybe he's only screwing people that wouldn't pay his full asking price? :razz:

I nominate this thread for "Thread of the Year". Great entertainment value. Sorry to anyone who's not as amused by it as me, like you folks with DOA clouds :rip:, but you had to know the risks.

This is tricky I'd get on LIVE Chat with Ebay.

In most cases they will require you to send the faulty good back with tracking. You can then request the buyer send you a new unit or a refund or the original price + original shipping. But you would not be reimbursed the faulty unit shipping.

If you don't want to pay the return shipping, take a gamble and take with Ebay Customer Service. Report the unit broken on ebay and use your paypal protection should allow you to recall the payment.

Trying to cancel my order since it's been over a week and no tracking info yet. Just got word that I'll be receiving my evo next week so no real need to take the gamble on this unit anymore. Does anyone know if could just void the transaction on Paypal if he doesn't respond?

Bah, I wonder if I'm going to feel the same way soon. I bought some ELBs from Vapexhale so I'd be 100% sure I'd have ELBs.

They just got here and I have nothing to put them in! Haha

On the other hand, I took them out and played around with them. They're a pretty genius invention.

Maybe I'll rig up a Mini ELB while I wait...

mini-elbs are fucking awesome! I built one a week ago and couldn't be happier! It totally improves efficiency.

Feel bad for the ppeople who have had a bad experience with the seller. It seems as if everything was running smooth at first and then now complaints are more frequent.

Well it has been exactly 3 weeks with my outcast Cloud and it has been pretty awesome. I haven't touched my Pax (which i love) since and it is now delegated for use at events and concerts. I've been hitting the Cloud at 3 on the dial as of late and can roast a .2 in just a few hits.

This thing made my tolerance skyrocket over Thanksgiving weekend! I only vape on my days off from work so the 5 days off in a row led to numerous elbs and good food.
